Aurora often ran away from her problems.

It was something she always did since she was a kid, she could recall many times she snuck out the house in the cold brutal hours of the night and just walked down the empty streets of her town and sat down in alleyways with nothing but her thoughts.

She remembered how this one time she had felt so overwhelmed with the life of a busy 13 year old, she had left her brother at her aunts home, (while she was there of course) and had made up an excuse, saying "I'm going out with friends" Aurora had no friends.

Brutal but True.

She had walked down the streets, a breathtaking sunset shining down at her as she had gotten her Polaroid camera and token a picture, that's when her life began.

She had sat down in the local small coffee shop, the shaky Polaroid in her hand as she ordered a small water, since it was all she could afford.

An old lady asked to join her at her table, she of course said yes.

They talked for hours, about everything, the lady owned the shop and was curious on why Aurora was all alone.  Aurora wasn't used too having someone worry about her, she wasn't sure what to say, so she simply said everything, how she was only so young and taking care of a toddler and a home and school.

The lady smiled, her dark skin was still so smooth and shined in the golden light.

"Just you wait my love.."

"Just you wait until you become more happy then them, mark my words, they all come back."

And they will.

Eventually.

She couldn't lie and say she never thinks about her family, she wonders if they miss her, or even think about her.

She wonders if they'll come by her coffee shop, a proud smile on there face as they hug her so tight.

Her mothers soft  blonde hair falling in Auroras face, the smell of coconut hair shampoo giving her a feeling of Deja Vu.

Her fathers Corny jokes and great handshakes, oh how she missed her family.

And of course, her baby brother Atlas, she wonders what he looks like now? Or if he still thinks about Aurora.

Aurora wanted too leave, start fresh yet again.

But the thought of Austin, a man she had met not even a week ago, a man she had spent most of her time with.
