Gianna
I kept my hand locked in Renee's as we made our way out of the airplane terminal. My mind, and heart were both moving faster than the speed of light. My sister was back, and I didn't know how to handle it. I had spent all of this time getting to a point where I could go to sleep without being exhausted from crying too hard.
"Gi," Jamie mumbled pulling me out of my thoughts, "can you come with me to grab our bags?"
I nodded my head, prompting Renee to let go of me and let me follow Jamie.
"You've been quiet since we left for the airport last night," Jamie sighed, "are you alright?"
"Yeah," I smiled weakly, "I'm just- nervous- I guess?"
"That's alright," Jamie pulled me into her, and gave me a side hug, "you haven't seen your sister in two years. It's ok to feel nervous, and even a little bit weird."
I nodded my head, and let out a sniffle, pulling her eyes to mine, "I missed her so much. I thought she was dead."
Jamie pulled me into a hug, and rubbed my back, "It's ok baby. We all thought that. It's alright."
"I just feel bad for trying to move on when she was alive and fighting the whole time. We should've kept looking."
"Shh Gianna. Calm down," Jamie crouched down to look me in the eyes, "we have her now ok? The most we can do is just not lose her again."
I nodded my head and wiped my tears, "Ok. You're right. I just missed her."
"It's ok," Jamie cooed as she rubbed my shoulders, "we all missed her. Now, what do you say we go catch our luggage so we can go see Harlen?"
I nodded my head silently, and followed her to the baggage carousel.

Harlen"Good morning," Remington smiled from the doorway of my hospital room, "how are you feeling?"
"Like shit." I shrugged.
"Did you get any sleep," I shook my head in response to his question, causing his smile to turn into more of a sympathetic one, "I got you a pudding cup. Figured you were probably sick of jello."
"Thanks Rem." I gave him a small smile as he handed me a plastic spoon, along with a vanilla pudding cup that I devoured pretty quickly.
"Don't worry about it. Is there anything else I can do," I shook my head again, "ok. Well, Seb and Em are on the way with...everyone else."
My heart jumped at the idea that I was going to see all of my friends, and my little sister for the first time in over two years. They were the only people that kept me alive for this long, and even though I had hopes, I wasn't sure I'd ever get to see them again.
Remington looked down at his phone, "They're here. Are you ready?"
I nodded my head nervously before sitting up a little straighter in my bed.
"Ok. I'm gonna go down to the waiting area and get them-"
"No," I rushed out, "sorry. Just- can you stay with me? Sebastian and Emerson know the room number right? So-"
"I'd be happy to stay." Remington smiled as he cut me off, making me feel instantly at ease.
He sat down in the bed next to me, and he was close enough that our legs were touching. I must've been shaking because, he grabbed my hand and started tracing circles on it with his thumb.
"There's no need to be worried," He said softly before planting a kiss on the hand he was holding, "you know that these people already love you, and that they missed you."
