It's been sooooo long! Sorry I was caught up with a lot of exams >< At the moment, I'm revising for exams after Lunar New Year here :'))) But yeah, I'll make it up for y'all with 3 new parts to the story!!! Enjoy!!!

***

It's a Sunday night, and the clock is currently pointing to 11:30PM.

What the hell is [y/n] doing out so late?

There's still no sign that she returned.

It's the end of the first semester, and the kids have agreed to a party. They've been gone long before 5PM though.

As [y/n]'s roommate, Tobirama has the right to know her whereabouts.

He knows she's legally an adult and she can probably take care of herself, but what if...

He dials Sakura, but she doesn't pick up.

Better hope that pinkette hasn't gone hyped up about something halfway and got [y/n] to do something overboard.

Sighing, he rises to make himself a glass of tea, then sits down amongst the mountain of Geometry assignments.

Time ticks by.

A sudden thump at the door.

A quick glance at Tsunade-chan tells him the toddler's fast asleep.

He closes the door to his room and crosses the living room to open the front door—

—only to be greeted by Kiba and a half-unconscious [y/n].

A dangerous shadow casts over Tobirama's features.

"Tobirama-sensei?!" Kiba's eyes go wide, everything that he wanted to say forgotten. When Tobirama's eyes narrow on him, he suddenly remembers, with a zap of electricity through his nerves, that he's holding a very much drunk [y/n]. "Wait! I can explain—" Kiba stutters, but Tobirama won't have any of it.

"What the fuck did you do to her?"

"Hang on...that's why I told you I could explain..." Kiba's face is scrunched up in frustration, but he still hands [y/n] gingerly over to Tobirama anyway. "Well, she did this to herself."

"What? She's not an idiot." Tobirama snaps as he steadies a precariously swaying [y/n]. "You'd better come clean."

"I'm telling the truth!" Kiba's voice is cracking at the edges. "She did this for you."

Tobirama freezes.

"What?" He's not sure if he heard Kiba correctly.

"See, there were those blokes at an adjacent table that badmouthed you. [Y/n] got real pissed and went straight up to them. Then she challenged them to a drinking contest."

"Who were they?"

"Kinkaku and Ginkaku."

Another blast of shock.

"Then..." His eyes fall on [y/n], whose eyebrows are tightly knit together.

They both know Tobirama doesn't need to ask, and Kiba doesn't need to answer.

But Kiba finishes the story anyway.

"She outdrank both of them."

A spell of silence.

His gaze softens as his eyes linger on her, before he turns to address Kiba. "Thanks."

"No worries, Tobirama-sensei. Well, I gotta go now."

Tobirama gives him a curt nod. "Make it home safe."

"Sure thing, sensei." With that he leaves.
