Lily's P.O.V.
The guests trickled into my birthday party, and I was, of course, overjoyed to see everyone. Callie ran over to me with her enthusiastic excitement, and we held each other in a friend hug. Another guest, named Ellie skipped over to me, but Callie pulled me away. I don't know what's the deal between those two, Callie never, ever lets me even say hello to Ellie.
Ellie scooted away to her 12 year old sister, Myra, who held a rather lengthy book called "A Tale of Two Cities" in her hand.
Brandon, another one of my guests, tried to say hello, but sadly tripped and fell on his face. I couldn't help but laugh. Brandon's face was bright red with embarrassment as he decided to sit down and have some pizza.
The boy, Joshua just sat. He still whispered,"It's him."
Shivers went down my spine. I got an eerie feeling that something was to take place, something big, something terrible.
I ignored that feeling and tried to not think about this "him"
Joshua whispered,"It's him."
It's him.
It's him.
