as nightmares begin to breathe
the start of my body ever changing
marks the end
of my regime

my mind, my soul, my body
like flesh on a slab
pepper me in kindness
then take me for all i have

misshapen, vile cicadas
consume my repulsive body
piece by piece
a grotesque sight

every little speck of knowledge spent hidden
now seen within my purity
this must be the epiphany
that thirteen truly brings
