Hiraku chose to spent the rest of her limited time fairly. She went to see Touya first, since she knew it would be quick. She teleported to the usual alley, since they had an unspoken rule about teleporting inside the apartment. The past events were embarrassing and the two settled on not talking about the incident ever. When she got inside the living room, she was surprised to see something.
"Did you change the couch?" she asked the man who was lounging on said couch.
Dabi did not bother opening his eyes as he answered, "Yeah, cause you told me last time that it was uncomfortable."
Hiraku furrowed her eyebrows with a frown, already thinking about a rebuttal but turned against it. She shook her head and said, "I'm leaving."
"And?" Dabi questioned, his eyes now wide open as he looked at Hiraku in annoyance.
"I'm gonna go on an overseas mission–and yes! It's confidential, so I just came here to say goodbye. I don't know when I'll be back, though." Hiraku wanted to tell him that she may not come back at all, but she did not want to worry him.
"Okay, then. Bye." Dabi lazily waved his hand, not really sensing Hiraku's desolate state. "Call me if anything happens or some shit."
Hiraku smiled warmly at the man as she waved as well then left.
'Next stop, Class 1-A dorms.'
.
When Hiraku arrived outside the front door of the dorms, she could not ignore her thundering heart beat. She was scared and nervous.
She still had a hard time looking any of them in the eye after what she had done. She did not plan on telling them about her knowledge about the kidnapping though. She knew what she did was wrong, but she did not want the last memory she may have of her friends to be their anger at her.
She opened the door and froze on the spot immediately as all eyes inside went to her. Most of her classmates were in the common area, so her entrance had been seen by everyone inside the room.
"Long time no see?" Hiraku raised her hand to a wave with an awkward smile.
"Nakahara-san!"
"Naka-chan!"
"Hiraku!"
Hiraku squeaked as she was suddenly squeezed into Uraraka and Mina's arms. She could feel tears brimming her eyes.
They were not mad at her after all."Why're you crying?"
Hiraku laughed in relief as she wiped away her tears, and said, "Nothing, sorry. I just missed everyone."
"We missed you too!" Mina exclaimed, still clinging on Hiraku. "And hey, what's with the new hairstyle?"
Hiraku's eyes lit up at the mention of her hair. She grabbed a strand and held it in one of her unoccupied hand saying, "Does it look bad?"
"No! It really suits you!" Hiraku's face erupted into a blush as she shyly hid her face with her long hair.
Everyone awwwed as they proceeded to pull her inside the room, but she stopped them.
"What's wrong, Hiraku?" Eijiro had been the one to ask her, after she stopped them.
Hiraku had just noticed that neither Shoto nor Katsuki was in the room. She thought that they must have already retired, since it was a little late.
"I'm not staying long," Hiraku answered, her eyes lowering to her feet. "I'm here to say goodbye."
"Huh? What're you talking about, Nakahara-san?" Kaminari asked, brows furrowed in confusion.
