Scene: Hospital, Delivery Room
"We see a woman in the delivery room as she was about to give birth to her child. She was also accompanied by her husband as she was holding his hand."
Doctor: Just a little more, Mrs. L/N. One more push.
Shizuka: Ahh! Arghh! *crushing her husband's hand*
Haruto: *in pain* 'Ahhhhhhh! My hand! She's crushing my hand! Goodbye, my old friend... See you again in a better life.'
"As Haruto was saying goodbye to his hand, Shizuka gave one more push as their baby have been born. Their baby began to cry as the doctor then held the baby in her arms."
Doctor: Congratulations, Mr and Mrs. L/N. It's a healthy baby boy. *Haruto and Shizuka both smiled when they heard that.
"One of the nurses there than cut the umbilical cord as they then bought the baby into the incubation room."
Haruto: *to Shizuka* You did great Honey. The baby has been born and they took him to the incubation room. You can rest for now and we'll see our baby later.
Shizuka: *nods* I will. *closes her eyes as she fell asleep*
Nurse: Sir, your she needs to recover for now. You can go and see your baby if you want. We'll bring Mrs. L/N to her room when she wakes up.
Haruto: *nods* Okay.
"Haruto then left the delivery room as he then went towards the incubation room as he looks for his new born son. He then spotted him as he couldn't help but cry tears of joy when he saw his son's face for the first time."
Haruto: *crying tears of joy* 'Welcome to this world, my son.'
"His new born baby then opens his eyes as he tried to reach for his father's hand. Haruto saw this as he then put his hand on the glass as he felt joy like he never had before. Haruto then felt his heart got filled with love for his new born son."
Haruto: 'My son, I promise you here that I'll shower you with love like you never felt before.'
"Then a nurse came out of the incubation room as she then saw Haruto looking at his son from the other side of the glass."
Nurse: Sir. *he looks at her* You can go in and see your baby, but the doctor will come here in a few minutes, since their going to do a health check on your baby.
Haruto: *nods* All right, I'll go in and leave as soon as the doctor comes. *she nodded at him as he then enters the incubation room*
"He then went in front of the incubator where his son was as he then puts his left middle finger in front of his son as he then grabs it making Haruto smile more."
Haruto: 'I can't believe this. From this day on, I'm a Father and I'm going to do my best so that my son grows up to be a great man in the future.'
"Haruto keeps on looking at his son as he was gripping his finger. Haruto couldn't help but shed a couple of tears at the sight of his new born son. Then, the doctor came in the incubation room as he then took a sample of the baby's blood as he was about to do the health check on him. Haruto went out of the incubation room to the hallway as he then pulls out his phone as he called his mother on the phone."
Haruto: Hey, Mom.
Mai (Haruto's Mother): *on the phone* Hello, dear. How's Shizuka doing? Is she and my grandbaby okay?
Haruto: Yes, Mom. Actually, she gave birth to your grandbaby a few minutes ago.
Mai (Haruto's Mother): *on the phone* Really?!
Haruto: Yes, Mom. He's a healthy baby boy. You got yourself a grandson.
Mai (Haruto's Mother): *on the phone* That's wonderful! I'm coming to the hospital right now. I'm going to call your younger sister and tell her to pick me up and we're going to visit you and Shizuka there.
Haruto: Hey, Mom. Wait- *Mai ended the call* And she ended the call... great... *sighs*
"Then, another nurse approached Haruto."
Nurse: Sir? *he looks at him* Are you Mr. Haruto L/N?
Haruto: *nods* Yes, that's me. Is there anything you need from me?
Nurse: *nods* Yes, actually your wife has been transferred to her room which is the room #143. That's upstairs. I got a call from the nurse's station and they told me to find you and tell you about you wife.
Haruto: I see. Well, thank you for telling me. I'll go upstairs and see how my wife's doing. *runs up the stairs and looks for Shizuka's room* 139, 140, 141, 142... Ah! Room 143. Found you. *opens the door*
"When Haruto opened the door he saw a nurse and a doctor were talking with his wife. Shizuka, the nurse and the doctor notices him enter the room."
Doctor: Are you, Mr. Haruto L/N?
Haruto: *nods* Yes, I am. I came here as soon as a nurse told me that you were transferred to this room.
Doctor: Perfect! Your wife is just resting right now, she'll have her strength back after a few hours. For now, I suggest that you stay by her side until she regains her strength.
Haruto: *nods* Of course, Doc. That's what I'm planning to do after you told me that.
Doctor: Good, well I'll be going to tend to my other patients. If you need anything just press the call button to call the nurses in the nurse station here. *points to the button on top of Shizuka's bed*
Haruto: *bows* Thank you for all of your help, Doc.
Doctor: It's not a problem. I'll come back in a few hours to check on her. Also, a nurse will bring you your child later.
Shizuka: *weakly* Thank you for the help, Doc.
Doctor: It's not a problem. It's my job as a doctor to help you. *leaves as the nurse follows after the doctor*
"Haruto then went towards his wife as he hugs her as she hugs him back."
Haruto: *crying tears of joy* I saw him, Hun... I saw our son, Shizuka.
Shizuka: *smiling, while tears of joy are falling down her face* How did he look like?
Haruto: He looks just as beautiful as you are.
Shizuka: I can't wait to see him. *wipes her tears away as Haruto does the same* When can I get to see him?
Haruto: In a few minutes, their checking his blood to see if he had been born with an irregularity.
Shizuka: I see, but I'd like to see him now.
Haruto: I know, but we need to wait. Also, I called my mother earlier and she's coming here with Haruka.
Shizuka: Jeez, I forgot that your mother reacts quickly whenever there's something good happening, especially if it involves family.
Haruto: Actually, it's good to that she's still staying positive, ever since Dad died, I thought that she would become really sad and not be able to become happy again, but boy was I incredibly wrong.
Shizuka: *giggles* I actually felt the same way as you, Hun.
Haruto: Yeah, but you know I suddenly had a thought.
Shizuka: What is it?
Haruto: I'm actually wondering about what Mom and Haruka are doing right now...
