Papercut
Talk to someone
Mouth taped shut
Consider medication
Bad feeling in your gut
Fake it till you make it
Still stuck in a rut
Time slows
You simmer
Light grows
The darkness seems dimmer
Sometimes you win
Toss the sadness in the bin
Your heart is on your sleeve
You tell the negative to leave.
