Hi!!!
So for this, princess cookie falls in love with a cookie, who's basically in the place of knight cookie.

"Y/N! Y/N!" Princess cookie says, running at you.
"Yes, erm, Princess? Shouldn't you be.. asleep?"
"Never mind that silly! I wanna try something!"
"Oh.. what is it that you want to try?"
"SHIELD SURFING!!!"
"W-What?"
"Shield Surfing. Please?"
"Princess-"
"Come on!"
Princess Cookie ran through the hallway, and out of the castle.
"Give me your shield."
"What?"
"Shield! Come on, Y/N!"
"But princess-"
Princess Cookie stole the shield from you and ran off with it, you screamed after her but she couldn't care less.
"PRINCESS!! DON'T HURT YOURSELF! COME BACK!"
In the distance, you heard screaming and ran over, thinking Princess Cookie had fallen.
"Princess! (gasp) Are you okay!?"
"Of course I am, silly!"
"Phew.."
"Was I good?"
"What?"
"Was I good at shield surfing?"
"Yes! Well- you could use some practice. You could try smaller hills first and then-"
"Y/N, I'm fine aren't I?"
"Well, yes but-"
"Then this can be my new hobby!"
"But.. princess!"
"What?"
"I worry about you.."
"Aw, Y/N! Don't worry, I'll be fine! The castle has great medical care too, so you won't have to worry if I get hurt."
"Yes, but-"
"But this, but that, come on!"
"I mean, you were pretty good.."
"Exactly!"
Suddenly she grabbed your hands,
"Here! You teach me Shield Surfing and then we can do what ever you want! Sound good? I mean- I've already kind of taught myself shield surfing so.. what do you want to try?"
You thought about it,
"Well,"
You kissed her on the nose and quickly looked away,
"Huh.."
You looked at each other and blush at each other immensely.
"So.. what do you want to do for your turn..?"
