An interesting turn of events

It was now almost night. The sun was setting through the shiny, clean windows in the suite. For the last hour or so you had been watching the news & cartoons on the TV with the rest of Deep Cut. Everything was kinda overwhelming. Things were going too fast. Just two hours ago you had been fighting salmonoids to find gramps and now you've joined Deep Cut, your rival.

Shiver noticed your distressed look and saw the perfect moment to toy with your emotions. "What's going on in your mind, Rookie?" They asked, teasing you with a devious smirk stretched across their face.

Big Man and Frye were both sleeping. Frye was cuddled up in Big Mans large fins and he was snoring as loud as ever. Popcorn was spilled all over the couch and floor after they had fallen asleep while eating it. 

"I uh-" You had no idea how to respond. This was incredibly awkward. Up until now, only you had you ever admired Shiver's beauty from the screen of your TV but now you saw them in person. Shiver, THE SHIVER, was talking to you. You weren't a fan girl or anything but damn was meeting her in person cool, but also very nerve racking. 

"Aww, are you nervous around me?" She crawled closer, "I don't bite." She said, licking her lips.

Her teeth glimmered seductively and you could feel yourself crawling away. You didn't know how to respond, or what to do. "Uhm..." Was all that managed to escape out your mouth as you swallowed all your thoughts into your stomach. 

"How about w-" Shiver interrupted by a loud snore which resulted in Big Man jolting awake. 

"AYE! (NO PLEASE DONT HURT MEEee.. Oh-) big man looked around, clearly confused. "Aye... (Just another bad dream >:p)"

"huh...?" Frye looked up, rubbing her eyes. "God dammit big man" She yawned, "you woke me up." 

"Aye (sorry Frye, I had a bad dream)" Apologized Big man. "Wait a second...." Big man looked over and you and Shiver, "What happened when we were asleep?"

"Uhh well I-" Shiver suddenly interrupted you, "Oh nothing! I just wanted to get away from your loud ass snoring! You two fuckers need nose plugs." Shiver responded quickly, avoiding the conversation of what happened. 

"Aye!! >:(  (Jeez sorreuh, It's not like I snore on purpose)" Pouted Big Man.

Suddenly, the sun set and the moon rose. The room which was covered in a beautiful orange-red color was now devoured by the deep, dark night sky. The once sun-lit chandelier now glittered in the faint moonlight, setting magical reflections down on the floor beneath your feet. 

"Ugh well we can't sleep on the couch forever, I hardly have any space as it is!" She said while shoving Big Man away. "Imma go grab a snack while you guys figure out the sleeping arrangement." Frye got up and walked towards the kitchen.

"Aye! (well I call dibs on my room!)"

"SAME! IM NOT SLEEPING ON THE COUCH!" yelled Frye from the kitchen. 

"I guess I can sleep on the co-" Shiver interrupted you, once again. "Rookie can sleep in my room, the couch is really un-comfy and we don't want em' quitting on the first day, do we?"

"Aye... (I suppose, just don't do anything... freaky.)"

You blushed and looked back at Shiver, who rolled her eyes. "Whatever, I'm too tired to even try anything right now." Shiver yawned. What did they mean by trying anything right now? The suggestions of this sentence made you very flustered and you hoped that Shiver didn't notice.
