"Why am I not surprised you two failed AGAIN?" I asked
"Espresso defeated us" Licorice said
"That means nothing. How is it so hard for you two to kidnap them?"
It was silent for a bit
"Master won't like this" I said
"No shit. She literally abuses us and makes us bleed" Red Velvet said
"I'm aware, Red Velvet"
"Why can't she just do the job herself" I heard Licorice mutter
"Are you really THAT incompetent?"
"I'm just tired of getting abused because Espresso is too strong"
"Not my problem. Just find a way to capture them"
Then I walked away

I just stared at Pomegranate as she walked off
I blinked
"Ok, what the actual fuck was that?" I questioned
"I.. don't know" Red Velvet sighed
"Why is she so damn heartless.."
"I'm not even surprised. She's so blinded by her loyalty to our abusive master"
"How did Espresso even get the courage to just leave? We got told that we have to stay or else she'll make sure something bad happens to us"
"Oh, yeah.. She said that... Wait, shouldn't we warn Espresso"
"I doubt they'd let us get near them. They really don't want to risk coming back here"
"True.. This entire situation sucks"
"Yeah, I know"

I looked at Dark Enchantress
"They failed again, master" I said
"Not even surprised.." Dark Enchantress grumbled
"Would you like me to punish them?"
"No. I can do that, Pomegranate. However I have a task for you"
"What is it?"
"I want you to go kidnap the mage instead. Clearly those incompetent cookies can't do the job themselves"
"Yes master.."
