This is an alternate reality. I was curious since Shenhe's release and her story. I was inspired to wonder what if Scaramouche or Kunikuzushi was in her place and his life was different.
The setting of the story may get a little blurred because hundreds of years are passing like night and day. The cast of characters in this story live centuries in a blink of an eye so when reading this, it may feel a bit funny. But I try to keep the flow smooth and concise. This altered reality begins just after the 500-year calamity.
A WARNING there is mention of self-worthlessness and abandonment.
