Red shoved their face deeper into the couch pillows when the living room lights came on, their much older, probably ancestor of a cousin whistled.
"It's, like 2 pm. Get up."
Schlatt squinted at them, flickering the lights on and off until they looked at him. Their hair was all messed up from sleeping on the couch, having had fallen asleep watching movies.
"Im basically ready to go to the office, wanna come?"
"sure, got nothin else to do. i'm gonna eat breakfast first, that cool with you?"
"Well yeah, no shit go eat something. breakfast at 5 in the afternoon, absolute bullshit.."
He grumbled jokingly, going off into his room so they could get ready and whatnot. Their parents were on vacation, leaving them with their cousin on babysitting duty.
They couldn't tell if they were babysitting Schlatt or if he was babysitting them. Either one worked.
They snatched their switch from it's charging dock at the tv, pausing and just shoving both in their bag. Might as well have something to do while he streams.
Red sauntered off to the kitchen, opening the fridge and snatching their leftover Mcdonalds from the day before. Nuggets and coke for breakfast works.
They got dressed, not really needing anything too nice. They did wanna look decent for the stream, though.
"SLATT IM READY!"
"ITS FUCKING SCHLATT NOT SLATT YOU DICK!"
He yelled from his room like a child, Red laughing at him and tossing their phone and charger into their bag. And a few other things, mostly fidgets they annoyed him with. Adhd working hard.
It didn't take them long to leave, Schlatt stealing most of their nuggets on the car ride there. Red picked up their phone, facetiming one of their closest friends.
Chi answered almost immediately, eyes pressed up to the camera.
"WHAT TIME DID YOU F- SLEEP LAST NIGHT?"
They cried, shaking their phone. Schlatt laughed at the fact they basically censored themself.
"one or two am, dont remember, the usual man-"
"TWO?????"
Their mic cut out significantly hard, Red grinning and shaking their head.
