"I hate couples," Gina muttered with a small smile. Cameron grinned with a thumbs up walking away to dance with Cyntara. She loves how Cameron just fell for anything Cyntara did, yet she acted so oblivious to the love he has for her.
"I'm with you on that one." Jalen agreed to take the last sip of his punch and throw it in the trash can.
The two stood watching as the beat of Adorn by Miguel started to boom across the event. Gina's lips formed a straight line as she watched all the couples dance to her favorite song.
The girl subconsciously started swaying to the music and Jalen didn't fail to notice as he watched her through the corner of his eye. "You like this song?" He asked as the DJ turned the volume up higher.
Gina nodded as Miguel came in and a smile formed on her face at the voice. "Uh, we can dance if you want. You know not like that but I mean-"
Gina watched Jalen's words twist as he attempted to break down the offer. She shut him up once she put her hand in his leading them a little closer to everyone else.
Gina didn't care who she was with when this song came on she would lip-sync and perform it like she was madly in love.
Jalen's gaze couldn't leave her as she swayed around to the song slightly singing the lyrics under her breath.
