"You're gonna be fine," Cameron assured parking the car at Gina's new high school. "I got some people you're gonna meet today too."

"I'm good on all the people stuff." Gina shook her head, "I just wanna get it over with."

Cameron frowned at the comment unbuckling his seatbelt and unlocking the doors so he could go open hers. "You're a quiet kid?" He asked opening the doors.

Gina nodded without a word stepping out of
the car, "Then you'll be fine. When school starts, nobody will bother you unless they need help, wanna be friends, or the rarest thing to happen— you're intimidating."

"I am intimidating." Gina mugged causing Cameron to let out a loud laugh. "I hate you." She said as they began walking towards the school.

Parents and students spread across the front of the building and even though the windows you could see more people gathered around different tables or occupied in conversation.

"All of the seniors just come here to talk." Cameron shrugged opening the door letting the cool breeze hit both of them as they walked in.

Gina watched as Cameron waved and spoke to groups of people as they walked down the hall. "We're getting your schedule first, and if you want to change anything I'll take you to the counselor's office."
