Taming Mr. CEO

chapter 1

"And... Cut! Well done, everyone!" The director exclaimed after we shoot the last scene of the movie we're making.

"Congrats, Kiara!" Jean happily said, giving me a bottled water. "Sa wakas, makakapag pahinga ka na rin." Aniya.

"I'm pretty sure that you're more than happy for your self. Sa wakas makaka uwi ka na din." I said, jokingly, and we both laugh.

It's been a month since the last time we went home. Noong papalapit nang papalapit na kaseng matapos 'yong movie ay mas naging busy kami at mas malayo tong place sa manila so we have to stay here until we finish the shooting... And it's finally done. Makakauwi na rin ako.

"San ka namin ihahatid mamaya?" Jean asked.

"Makati." I simply replied.

Today's Saturday and he's coming home in Makati so doon nalang din ako dederetso.

Nicholai and I started living together last month but we're not yet married. He told our parents not to rush the wedding because he still wanted to experience being girlfriend and boyfriend before we became wife and husband, but I'm sure that he just used it as an excuse...kasi ayaw niya naman talagang makasal sakin. Pumayag lang din naman siyang mag sama kami sa iisang bahay para hindi na siya kulitin ng mommy niyang samahan ako sa condo ko. Pero may mga kondisyon din ang pag tira ko dito, isa na roon ang 'huwag ipaalam sa iba ang tungkol saamin' so basically, my manager and jean knows nothing about us.

"Makati ulit? Merong celebration ata sa Manila, hindi ka pupunta?" Biglang sabi ng manager ko.

She just went inside my tent.

"Mom told me to check the house and besides, I don't have any projects pa naman so I will take a rest there nalang muna." I reason out. Noong unang ihatid kase nila saakin doon ay sinabi kong may bahay ang mga magulang ko doon.

"But you didn't mentioned to us before that your family have a property in forbes park." Ani Ms. Cath. "Hindi ka rin pumupuntang Makati before."

"They actually just bought it days before the first time you drove me there." I reason out again and they buy it!

The director called us again to say that we'll be celebrating at BGC manila but I refuses to come. I told them that I'll just make bawi after the premier night at pinayagan naman ako.

"Are you sure you don't want to come?" Tito Paolo asked, my co-actor.

"Yes po. I'm not feeling well din kasi. Babawi po ako after the premier, promise." I said. I even make a promise sign that made him laugh.

"Alright. We'll go ahead." He shuffled my hair a bit before walking away.

We all greeted each other for a job well done before they all left. The other staffs are still here dahil pagod na raw sila kaya hindi na din sila sumama.

While Ms. Cath and Jean are fixing my things, I got my phone to text him.

ME:

Nasa bahay ka na? Can you fetch me?

He already know where to fetch me so I just texted that. As usual, it took him minutes before he response.

Lai:

"I can't"

I sighed and replied 'okay'. Tumayo na rin ako saka tumulong sa pag liligpit ng mga gamit ko kahit pagod na ako. Inaantok na rin ako kaya't paniguradong hindi nanaman ako makakakain mamaya.

"Everything's ready. Let's go?" Ms. Cath said and I nod.

Nauna na akong mag lakad papunta sa van na naka park sa di kalayuan. I saw my fans outside and I wave at them before entering the van. They have banners with them, with my pictures on it and some cute messages that they wrote in a signing papers. I opened my window again and blow them a kiss that made them giggle, before we passed their direction.
