-Fart Manipulation-

The weird dark green-blue suited man was looking around the living room. He was gawking at all the cats present there. When his eyes landed on Kayden who looked constipated, he sweatted.

He was sitting across from you, Jiwoo and Kayden.

He finally began to speak after all of that awkward staring, "Ummm... You have a lot of cats."

"Yes..."

"..."

Goodness, this is awkward as hell. You slump down on your seat and close your eyes.

"What is it that you wanted?" Jiwoo asked.

"Oh" The man coughed, "I'm sorry. I was taken aback by your many cats." He said with Kayden still glaring at him.

"Allow me to get straight to the point. We want to help you both live as awakened ones, Jiwoo, (Name)."

You open your eyes when you hear those words.

Why are you getting dragged into this? You've already been living peacefully as an awakened one. Is he a sort of insurance agent for awakened people?

You think about informing your brother about this weirdo after you conduct your own investigation on whatever he's willing to propose. You don't want to trouble your brother regarding this, he's already overworked.

Jiwoo sweated, "You want to help us?"

"Yes. We recently found out about you and did some research." The man confessed.

Jiwoo flinches at the statement why you sit up straight and stare unblinkingly at the man in front of you both.

"I'm sorry that we checked your background without your permission. I hope you'll understand that it is a necessary precaution. We must know about the awakened ones in this area."

You glared at him. So a breach of privacy is a necessary precaution now? Where is this guy even from? Does this area somehow belong to him?

"Um... Then are you awakened as well?" Jiwoo asked, brushing off the fact that they dug into his background.

The man smiled, "Yes I am."

He then proceeded to manipulate the wind around him. He formed a ball of air in between his palms and released it, leaving both Jiwoo and Kayden shocked.

You huffed when you noticed their expressions. The little show he put on wasn't even that impressive, you could put up a more exciting show with your fire.

Okay, maybe you did think that controlling the wind was cool as fuck and you may even have sparkled a but in excitement when you saw the ball of wind, but you would never admit that it was cool. You were too prideful of your fire.

Jiwoo blushed in fascination, "Is... That wind?" He asked.

"Yes it is. My awakened ability is controlling wind. I can use my powers to my benefit in almost any situation."

You zone out on the conversation that took place after that since it was getting way too boring for your liking.

You did occasionally nod and hum during the conversation to show that you were paying attention to it, but it was only left at that.

You walked alongside Jiwoo who for some reason was making an expression akin to that of a kicked puppy. You felt guilty even though you didn't do anything but eat and sleep the entire day before.
