August 1955; 14 year old Emmett Till and his cousins went into the grocery for candy, but colored locals dared the boy too ask the white store clerk out on a date since Emmett bragged about having a white American girl up North.
Emmett went into the store not hesitating by anything , he buys 25€ bubble gum, but then he tries flirting with the young Carolyn Bryant.
Not knowing what was gonna happen , or who he dealt with.
The night him and his cousins went back to his uncle's home, news started going around town that a negro whistled and flirted with Bryant ,
Days passed and her husband found out so did the brother in law, those two men were JW Milam and Roy Bryant.
