Episode 5-Game time

~Arisu pov~
I had been sepparated from Usagi for our game . But I made a promise with her that we'd both survive so I took a deep breath before making my way to mine,Kuina,Afuro,Tatta,Ann and Joe's car . Turns out Kuzuryu and two more girls joined us too. We were all breathing heavily and Tatta was driving since he's the one responsible for the cars
"I want you all to focus and not panick on this game. This is the last diamond number card we need" The tall woman dressed in white and with sunglasses said
"Yes we will, you can count on us" Afuro, I and Tatta said
"But I don't feel right about something"the other mechanic boy,Joe said." I feel like there's a trap here somewhere ,don't you guys think?" He continued a bit and sighed .
The boy seemed to be one year younger than Tatta. He seemed to be at least 17 but he turns out to have the mind of an adult
"There's nothing for you guys to worry about. I made sure there are no traps. This game is a test to see how many of you are made to become executive members,so please give the best of yourselves"the man with glasses,Kuzuryu said before adjusting his glasses "Young man, pull the car right here and the arena is the one we're in front of . Good luck !" Kuzuryu said before abandoning our car
~Afuro Pov~
I felt a bit uncomfortable with the way they want to test us but I have to make it alive for Arisu,Ann,Kuina,Chishiya,Usagi,Tatta and my boss Kuzuryu
"Hey Sir.." I tried to stop Kuzuryu "I feel like I've seen you before . Weren't you my boss?" I smiled a bit but gulped while looking at his cold expression
"I think you're possibly right, I suppose . But we need to leave the formalities for after the game." He said
"I understand sir. Sorry for my random question and you've got a point." I said while walking in and picking a phone from the table as the others joined in. I noticed Tatta freaking out
"Ann,Water is starting to spurt out and it's filling up
The area .." he said with a panicked voice .
"If that's true then let's get going . It's good as long as this room will Be filled up " she ,Ann said adjusting her glasses while Kuzuryu started explaining the rules .
"Listen up y'all . As you could see, we have electrical wires all around us . If the water makes it to the same level,everyone will die . On the other hand,we have three levers and a light bulb. You have to guess the switch that turns on the light bulb . If A turns it on it's A. If it isn't A it's the other two. You can keep the door open for a short amount of time and if a person entered the room of the bulb the door can not be closed. Well with these Said give the best of yourselves " Kuzuryu said while backing off .
~Game start~
"You have 20 minutes to clear this game. Bulb game"
"Okay let's think carefully ... don't rush anything boys okay?" I said while glaring at Tatta,Joe and Arisu . I tried my best to make it close to the levers "Okay let's think carefully. We have just one chance with the door open and if one of us touches the electrical wires we are doomed." I said but before I even finished a girl tried to touch the wires" He you, don't do it . You're going to-" I tried to stop her but it was too late and she didn't even bother to listen . We all flinched at the sudden situation that occurred
"These are the electrical wires"the woman with sun glasses smirked while adjusting her sunglasses
"What's so funny about the life that was lost?"I raised my voice a bit
"Hey miss, please let's stay focused"Joe said calmly
"You've got a point here"I responded
~ Tatta pov ~
I were trying to keep my calm until Arisu screamed at us all to close the door
"Hurry up, the time is ticking"the woman with glasses said while smirking at Arisu as a sign he was doing what's right.
I noticed  Afuro checking the levers and with her eyes,she investigated the wires around the bulb. A spark shown up in her eyes that started glowing as she reached to a lever. I once again turned to look at the woman testing us and she smirked once again
"Open the door Tatta,I'll pull one more lever once the door will be open I will figure out the answer" Afuro said so I followed her instructions not to mess up. I watched her pull the last lever as she finally seemed to know the answer.She pulled the lever once again confidently and I stopped to stare at the bulb that still wasn't turned on
"It still didn't turn on!" I screamed as a sign I were panicking
"Tatta, touch the bulb!" Afuro commanded ,so I followed her lead"AH ! It's hot" I shouted
We both screamed the answer  being followed by Arisu and Ann "SWITCH A"
"With these said our chances of survival went from 60% chances to 100% chances to survive"
Ann said while removing her glasses.
I leaned back a while while swimming around
"Wasn't it just 66% chances to survive tho?" I asked a bit after trying to calm down
"I don't care anymore" Kuina sighed and leaned her head on the wall.
The water started going down and we left the room to go back to where we came from. Everyone was partying by the pools. Interesting
"Turns out the three of you are well built . And meant to be executives" Ann said
~Afuro Pov~
I were surprised the game went so fine . Arisu and Usagi will be reunited soon,hopefully. They're a cute pair .
"About you and Tatta, you are also considered an executive,but we will have to work this out " Kuzuryu said
"Kuzuryu San, you promised we'd talk " I stopped him" I remember you, you're my boss.Do you remember me?"
I asked him and all he did was adjust his glasses as an answer . I waited a bit more
"Probably not" he answered
How comes I remember him while he doesn't ? It's pretty weird .
As soon as we made it back there Usagi and Arisu were searching for each other and after a few moments they ran to each other . "Cute" I smiled and whispered under my breath
I sat with Tatta by the pool thinking of what else could've been done and all he wanted to do was relax . So I joined Arisu after a private talk with Tatta who seemed more tense than usual.
"Arisu, how do you feel here at the Beach? I personally think everyone's brainwashed" I said with a Chuckle
"Stop that music !" A militant with a gun screamed. It has to be Niragi alongside his Allies. One of them was familiar to me..."Aguni?" I turned to whisper to Kuina
"Yes he's their boss and the tattooed one is Last boss. They're the powerful trio." She said. I then noticed the face of a girl I've known ever since we were little..
"Saiko?! Is that you?!" I screamed in shock and her face went blank immediately"What the heck are you
Doing here?" She gave a sad look
"Where's your pal!!?" Aguni asked"I see ,only the little fish survived? "He continued "Last boss, bring that woman to me"He raised his voice
"Leave her ! "Arisu shouted
"Don't get involved with them" Kuina said
"What should we do about this kid?" Last boss asked
"Cut his legs so he could die in the next game " Aguni said.
Then Tatta joined in To see what's happening.
"Aha, it's the girl from the tag game,Niragi bring her to me" Aguni ordered
"Leave her" Tatta jumped in front of me
"We didn't ask for you mechanic boy,
We want the woman" Niragi smirked " you're coming with us"Niragi left his tongue out
"Nope she's not going anywhere " Tatta,Arisu and Chishiya raised their voices and once I tried to escape someone broke the silence
"Is there a fight going on?" Hatter asked
"It doesn't concern you, Hatter" Aguni sighed
"It does . You know I'm the head of this place . I'm responsible to maintain the peace here . Aguni leave the new comers on my account. What about you,Niragi ?" He asked
"I only take orders from my boss !" Niragi sighed angrily
"Well then I should ask your boss.. Aguni,who's your boss?" Hatter asked Aguni giving him the angry stare
"It's you, of course"he mumbled
"Now now go and get showered. Executive members and militants, it's time for a meeting. Everyone in my office. Same goes for you miss Afuro, mr Arisu,Chishiya,Ann and Tatta ! You newcomers follow me!" Hatter continued and made his way to his office
"What do you think about Arisu and Afuro,Kuina?" Chishiya asked Kuina
"I like them"she responded after removing her cigarette
"Let's go Afuro. I have to show you around" Chishiya said
"I'm not letting her on your hands cause I don't trust you "Tatta said
"Did I mention your name? Nope I didn't . Don't talk if I'm not mentioning your name mechanic boy " Chishiya said "let's go now "
