I wake up to crying around 4am and I sit up but Sasuke stops me

"Its okay I'll get him" he mumbles and I shake my head with a small smile

"No please I wanna do it." I say getting up and he looks at me and nods

"Alright but I'm still up now" He mumbles yawning and I laugh and go to Damien crib

I pick him up rocking him in my arms and he coos calming down

"He loves you so much" Sasuke whispers and I nod smiling and kiss Damien head

"What time are they doing the eye swap?" I ask and he rubs his eyes

"Um early in the morning around six. We should be healed by noon so that gives us a good rest the day to try out the eyes." He says and I nod kiss his shoulder

"That kinda reminds me. You know Tsunade knows perfectly gender reconstruction surgery. And I mean all of it. It would be like you were born with the body." He says and my heart rate got faster as I got excited

"Wait really!" I exclaim and he shushes me laughing lightly

"Yes, you could probably get it done tomorrow too." He said and I then hesitated and got quiet

"Are you okay? I'm not trying to rush you and you don't have to get it your a boy no matter your body" He said nervous he offended me and I laugh quietly

"No that's not it...I want to but....not yet." I mumble and he gave me a curious look tucking my chin length hair behind my ear

"Is their a specific reason?" He asks and I sigh looking down at Damien

"Uh....I um" I stare at Damien and he grabs my finger cooing

I feel Sasuke looking at me and then a small gasp then suddenly he kiss my head and I look at him

"You want another baby, don't you?" He asks softly with a small smile

I look away and he pulls me in his arms kissing my head

"Yeah...in like maybe another year or two...I just...I love Damien and he is perfect in every way and I would repeat time and go through all of that again to make sure I have him...but...I want him to have a sibling and....I want a baby...with you." I whisper and he tilts my chin up and kisses me softly

"I would love to have a baby with you. I love Damien also he is mine. He is my son, and nothing will ever change that but I understand what you mean and if that's what you want I would gladly have another mini you around." He says and I laugh and kiss Damien

"No this next one is going to look like you. I kinda want a girl." I say and he smiles widely at that

"I would to. Obviously if later in life they feel that isn't right for them that's fine but in the meantime do want a daughter." He said smiling big and my heart fluttered knowing he is happy about this

"What name would you want?" I ask curiously since I named Damien

"Sarada. That's what my name was going to be if I was born a girl. If it was another boy Fugaku or Shisui." He says and I tilt my head on the last one

"Fugaku or Shisui?" I ask and he smiles sadly leaning down kissing Damien head

"Its my father's name and Shisui is Itachi late best friends name but id ask his permission for that one." He says quietly and I smile and kiss his head
