HAPPY FATHERS DAY
"Okay, next Vunter. What did you give to your father yesterday in father's day?"
The kid was smiling every corner in his lips as he stood smiling infront of his classmates.
The teacher and the students waiting for his answer was clueless that he grew up without having a father.
"I gave my mother a letter po."
"Hala , Mama daw fathers day nga eh."
"Hala , nabingi ata sabing papa."
The teacher who heard the murmured corrected the kid but Vunter continue as he know himself that he knows what he's saying.
"Inside the letter was me thanking my Mom for being a strong father to me despite not having one."
The loud classroom earlier was now silenced after he said that.
"She never felt that I still need a father and assured me na she is enough para tumayo as my father and Mother. Although I want to see my Papa, if my Mom isn't mentioning him, I won't questioned that po. 'Coz I'm scared if my father caused pain to my mother. So I promised to my Mom , that he won't need a husband anymore and that I'm enough for her just like she is enough for me."
The students as well as his adviser applauded Vunter for his words.
