A few hours later, it was Jimin's cabin's turn to swim, and Jimin ran over and laid his towel down close by the lifeguard chair, like he had done for the last week.
Jungkook couldn't decide if he was irritated at Jimin, or grateful for the chance to spend time with him, but he knew one thing...he'd been forced to lie for him.
"Why didn't you ask me before you put me down to supervise you—not only supervise, dance a duet?" Jungkook muttered with annoyance under his breath, as Jimin pulled off his T-shirt and threw it down onto his towel.
"Jungkook-ah," Jimin whined, "don't be mad, we will get to hang out every night!" Jimin slid a small hand onto his foot and squeezed, and smiled up at him, and Jungkook almost forgot why he was mad. "And we can dance together, haven't you wanted to?"
"But why did you do it without asking me, Jimin?" Jungkook asked in a low, furtive voice.
Jimin pouted, and then whispered guiltily: "I was afraid you would say no."
Jungkook looked down at this tiny human that he would do anything for, for whom he was so hopelessly whipped; and he thought of dancing with him...
"I wouldn't have said no," he whispered, and Jimin looked up with a beaming smile and Jungkook smiled back, amusement and affection twisting his lips. "Now go play with Taehyung, and I'll see you tonight for our first practice."
Jimin smiled hugely, like a sunbeam coming out from behind a cloud. He squeezed Jungkook's foot, and then dashed into the water to swim and play with Taehyung and the other campers.

At dinner time, Jungkook was lost in his normal mealtime entertainment of watching Jimin. The little one was freshly sunned and showered before he came to dinner, and his face glowed pink and his arms tanned from gold to bronze, veins showing as Jimin shoved Taehyung, laughing. Jungkook watched the boy place fruit into his mouth, and chew, juices squeezing between his lips so that he had to wipe them off his chin...Jungkook licked his lips and took a bite of his food hungrily, but his eyes never left Jimin. Suddenly, Jungkook felt a tap on his shoulder, and jumped.
"Sorry to scare you," said a lanky counselor that he didn't know well. "I'm Jung Hoseok, I usually supervise all the dance acts, but Bang-ssi said you would be working with one of the campers on a duet this week." He smiled brightly at Jungkook. "I was planning on using the dance studio most evenings this week, so we will have to coordinate."
"What time are you going to have practice in there?" Said Jungkook, not sure what Jimin had planned but knowing they would need the mirrors sometime.
"Probably like 6:30-8?" Hoseok hesitated, "it's just that I am working with a lot of the campers, we really need to practice every night." He was apologetic that they had the room for so long after dinner every night.
"It's no problem, we will just use it after you are done, like from 8-9:30 or something," Jungkook said.
"Okay thanks Jungkook, see you later."

Jimin:
He walked out with Taehyung and Montero, but stopped outside the door of the canteen. They automatically slowed back to wait for him.
"Go ahead," Jimin said, "I'm waiting for Jungkook." They raised eyebrows at him. "We are practicing our dance! Stop!" He blushed and turned cheekily away and they walked on without him.
Jimin waited at the door outside the canteen, watching everyone come out, and when Jungkook emerged, Jimin jumped into step beside him."Ahh!" Jungkook jumped back in surprise, grabbing his chest. "Fuck, Jimin, Jesus, you scared me," he gasped.
"Sorry," Jimin smiled up at him. "I told Namjoon-Hyung we were going to practice every day after dinner."
"Yeah, did he ask you when you would be back?" Jungkook grunted, looking sideways at Jimin.
"No." Jimin smiled.
"Well the dance instructor for the other kids said he would need the room until 8," Jungkook said. "Where should we practice until then?" He slowed to face Jimin.
Jimin smiled up at him mischievously, and started walking toward Jungkook's cabin.
"Jimin, you aren't serious, it's daytime!" Jungkook pleaded.
But Jimin had already decided that he was free to fuck Jungkook for the next two hours, and he smirked at Jungkook stubbornly, and didn't change direction.
"Jimin!" Jungkook pleaded, and scrambled after him.
Jimin took his usual path around the side of the row of cabins, and Jungkook followed, still hissing his name, but Jimin's mind was set. I am sure I will convince him, he thought with a mischievous grin. He stopped at the corner, and glanced around to see if any other lifeguards were around.
"It's clear, come on," he said to Jungkook. The lifeguard looked distressed.
"Jimin, please—I—"Jimin took Jungkook's hand—wrapping his small fingers around Jungkook's larger ones; and looked up at him, and smiled, and squeezed his hand.
"Don't make me get naughty with you outside in the daylight," whispered Jimin. "Bring me inside and tell me I'm a good boy."
Jungkook's mouth finally closed, his protests stopped, and his eyes burned.Jimin smiled, and pulled him around the corner, and they slipped secretly into his room.
