THE HEART MONITOR BEEPED and went straight down again, like it had been for the past day.
Eleven sat at Jaydens side, removing the short hair from covering her face and smiling at the girl who sat, all casted up. The motionless, half dead, but yet still picture perfect girl.
El reached out and took Jaydens hand in hers, trying to hold in her tears. "You're so strong, Jayden." She whispered, a tear falling. "You were able to talk to me. How?" She asked, expecting the girl to answer.
Jayden stayed motionless, quiet.
Eleven sighed at the quietness, "I love you, Jayden. You're my sister. You're Wills." She whispered, squeezing the brunettes hand, "which is why I can't let you go. You're not ready." Eleven closed her eyes.
"We need you Jayden. Max needs you." She whispered, feeling power coarse through her veins as she helped Jayden heal. Heal her arm, her scars, her burns, her heart.
The monitor besides Jayden beeped again, pushing El to focus more. The monitor beeped again, and again, and again. When El let go, the heartbeat stayed alive, it didn't drop to a flatline, it didn't die. It stayed.
"Hawkins needs you, Jayden." She whispered once more. There was more to Jayden, she had a talent that had not yet been discovered.
She was intuitive, empathic, intelligent, she knew when things were gonna happen, but there was something more. Eleven could feel it, there was something.
Jayden just needed to unlock it.

now that this project is done, i might mot be writing as much. maybe whenever i'm bored ill edit some books, and if it gets to the point where i finish them i'll randomly post them, but i'm growing and growing means growing out of old things. this has been one of the best experiences in my life and i do not regret making this 'book' at all. i'm so glad i have touched so many people with the character that is jayden, and also the character that is me.
you guys are people who know me well, and i want you to know that i've been through things jayden has, and i want you all to know that i am here if you need to talk. the point of this character, as well as this book, was to find people who needed to be reassured that who they were was okay, that who they were was perfect. i needed to find the people who were like me.
i will never be able to fathom the attention this book has got, and i can't wait to be able to continue it if i do in the future.
but until then, remember to eat something, drink water, and get some sleep. i love you all, thank you for the support.
