I never could imagine a worse day - for heaven's sake I wrote a poem about it.

I woke up in the morning with lots on my mind, the stress could not be defined

I prayed that my day would get worse, which probably was a bad decision - since after a few hours I was filled with remorse

I headed to the bathroom to find a spider on my toothbrush, and the toilet had not been flushed

I washed my toothbrush and put some toothpaste on it, however the color of the toothpaste was the color of vomit

I was done with the bathroom and headed downstairs, except once I was down, chairs began to fall at me from upstairs

A few bandaids was enough to help, but once I discovered that there were ants in the cereal box, I loudly yelped

My anger at that point was uncontrollable, at that point I was almost unapproachable

I left the cereal alone, and headed to the bread, except half of it was moldy, at that point I felt dead

I got so mad to a point where my face turned red, and then Amin from outside pointed at me from the window and called me an egghead

I went back upstairs to go back to sleep, but my anger kept making me weep and weep.

I had to complain to my mom, Aasiya, but she would never do anything, with Amin being her firstborn, her favorite child. A mom always loves her first child. However at this point, I actually knew that my mom wouldn't do anything, because of the amount of times I had asked her.

Mother came up to me and said, "Get packed up child, we are going on vacation." My Mother called each of my siblings 'children' until they got their superpowers. But since I never got mine, mom still calls me 'child'. "We are? Cool!" I said, as I rushed up the stairs to grab my suitcase. But then,

Amin stopped me. "Hey squirt, where are you going without your teddy bear!" He called.

I turned as red as a tomato. I was the only member of the family that still slept with a teddy bear. I only started sleeping with it when I started getting nightmares. Nightmares that I would never ever get my superpowers. But now, I know its reality. So I put it away - at least I thought I did. I never knew Amin had access to it.

All of a sudden, the teddy bear started floating away from Amin's hand and went toward my hand. "Thanks Zahra!" I said. She had the power of telekinesis. Amin went toward Zahra.

"Why you..." His voice trailed off because Father came up the stairs. "Don't even think about lifting up your sister and throwing her off Mount Everest. No one is allowed to know that we have superpowers," he said.

"I did think about it. That's why you know!" Amin said. Father had the ability of reading minds.

Mother came up the stairs and gave Amin a glare that said 'listen to your Father, sweetie!' and headed toward her room. "I'm sorry Father. It won't happen again." He said as he went toward his own room. Father went to join Mother.

"Wow- thanks Zahra." I said. Zahra is the only family member that... really listens, is kind, and appreciates me. "No problem," She said. "BOO!" Zainab said as she appeared out of nowhere. She had the power to turn invisible.

"Jeez, Zainab you almost scared me." I said. "Almost? You should have seen your face." She replied. I like Zainab too. But she tends to be a little...annoying. Zainab took out a piece of candy from her pocket and gave it to me. "Zainab! Where did you get that candy from?" Mother asked from her room
