In the busy city of Berlin lies the gigantic dome of the Volkshalle and Reichstag where the head of the government resides. Ministers, Diplomats, Generals and head of states are currently discussing meetings with each other
But in a peculiar room known as the Führer residence was a private meeting between 3 people
First was the Reich's Führer, Elias Rosenkreuz
Second was Japan's Empress / Shogun, Sorasaki Hana
And third, a nation that came as unexpected as it was shocking. The Italian leader. the man that was around the age of the Führer at age 20, stood up to introduce himself to the new Japanese member of the Axis alliance
A man that wore a black formal suit, with brown hair and hazel eyes, speaking with a Italian Accent and a smile, clearly excited to meet new people and friends

"Lieto di conoscerti, Signora. My name is Constantine De Traglia of gracious Italy". The man made a gentleman's bow to Hana and she nods, appreciating the introduction of the Italian. "This is Constantine, a friend of ours. I had a meeting with him last month, before I discovered Japan, and he's reliable"
Hana stares at Elias with a curious look along with suspicion as the meeting between leaders mean he was up to something. "Lately, things have been not good for both me and Constantine. France has appeared and is up to no good. There was a skirmish between me and the French, they fired first and blew up a village with artillery, killing innocents". Elias says, his head shrinks down before contuining. "We sent diplomats to deal with the situation, raising white flags but it was met with rifle and machinegun fire, killing our diplomats"
Constantine knew the gravity of the situation and Hana's prediction was right that something was going on for a meeting like this
"If this is a war, I will stay out of it. This is not Japan's business nor interest to be in the conflict for European powers". Hana says her word for isolation and not meddling with the other. "But, if your nation requires food, materials and volunteers, I will consider it"
Elias smiles at the words of consideration of Hana while Constantine looks at the two with a stare as he silently observes at the two leaders on the corner of the sofa. Closing both of his eyes, his observing face turns into a face of optimism and ambition. "Elias, you and I have a common enemy. The French..."
Flashback, "Italy"
A brown haired college student who had his previous knowledge back on Earth slowly replaced with Military strategies and doctrines. A man praised as a hero for defending the common people against tribes of barbarians of the north
Ascending through power through public opinion and espionage against goverenmemt people led by modern arms was Constantine becoming ruler of New Italy. A backward kingdoms constantly raided by barbarians, awful governmemt decisions. He used his powers to create a modern nation of the 1940's and applying capable ministers and generals of the army to help protect New Italy's border
