Rochelle isn't exactly an empath, she feels exactly what other people are feeling. She can't control it. Like if someone gets mad, she feels that anger as well, and sometimes she can't control herself. This has gotten her into many fights.
Her parents walked out on her at a young age. She was back and forth between foster homes and orphanages. They always put her back into the system, she was too "emotional."
Eventually she found a job, worked for a while, and gathered up the money to find an apartment to stay in. Seeing as she would've aged out anyway, she set that plan into motion quickly.
Now she lives in this old rinky apartment, working as a barista in the coffee shop just down the street.
