9 December to 5 January: Open for entries (4 weeks)
6 January to 26 January: Judging (3 weeks)
27 January to 30 January: Result Compiling
31 January: Result Declaration
These dates can be altered if the slots are not filled by the scheduled date, the slots are filled early, or the judging takes longer than expected.
