I get woken up to the sound of my alarm going off, causing me to groan.

Jasmine: no. Not allowed.

I slap my alarm off and groan.

Jasmine: why do mornings exist?

Suddenly, I felt two bodies jump on me causing me to chuckle when I realize it was my boys.

AJ: wake up, mommy!
Hank: yeah, mommy!
Derek: yeah, wake up, lazy butt.

I look up at Derek and snarl at him.

Jasmine: you better have coffee for me, Morgan, or else no play time for daddy for a week.

Derek immediately hands me a cup of coffee.

Jasmine: good boy. Now, let's go. Come on, babies, let's go see auntie Emily's new house.

I jump out of bed and get dressed before we drive to meet Emily.

Jasmine: hey, Em!
Emily: hey. Hey, cuties!
Twins: hi, auntie Emmy!

I chuckle as the twins give Emily a hug.

Jasmine: hope you don't mind that they came. Allison's flight isn't here yet, so I need to keep them for a short bit.
Emily: not at all. I love the company.

We walk in and look around the house as Emily talks to the realtor. After a while, we walk out and thank him.

Emily: I don't know.
Derek: Emily, what's not to know? It's a beautiful place.
Emily: there are cracks in the foundation.
Jasmine: cracked can be fixed, Em.
Emily: no, they can only be hidden. They're still there.
Derek: what, are you afraid the place is gonna fall down?
Emily: I'm afraid it's never gonna be as strong as it was.
Jasmine: okay, somebody's heart isn't into it. What's going on, Em?
Emily: I don't know, guys. When I first came here, I felt like I was home. And now, it's just an uphill battle. People kill for opportunities like this. Am I crazy to walk away?
Jasmine: Em, you gotta do what's best for you.
Derek: Jaz is right. Follow your gut.
AJ: be happy, auntie Emmy!
Hank: yeah!

I chuckle at my twins.

Jasmine: these two make excellent points. What's your gut telling you?

Derek and I got a call about a robbery at a bank, so we met with the team plus Will. Will told us it was the Face Cards. We've been seeing them all over the media.

Jasmine: you good, Will?
Will: yeah, I'm good.

JJ was the last person to show up, and she hugs Will.

Will: it's definitely them. I only saw the king ang the jack, but I figure the queen's inside too.
Aaron: the media's calling them the Face Cards. Seven bank robberies in seven months. They've killed one person at each robbery.
Rossi: MO?
Aaron: single gunshot wound. Each of the victims has bled out.
Emily: serial killers with a 30-day cooling-off period, and we're only just hearing about this now?
Aaron: well, headquarters has always characterized them robbers first and killers second.
Spencer: no one kills seven people without serious psychopathic tendencies.
Aaron: I disagreed with the original assessment. I was overruled.
Rossi: so why are we here now?
Aaron: because crisis negotiation is overseas.
JJ: what more do we know about 'em?
Aaron: they're organized, they're efficient. Each strike lasts about two minutes.
Derek: they gotta be scouting the banks in advance.
Jasmine: why haven't we been able to ID them off of surveillance footage?

We walk into the SWAT truck where we meet with Penny.

Aaron: they hack the security feed and turn off the cameras, both during the initial canvass and during the robbery, until the masks come back on, and then we're allowed to watch.
