Tw: if you catch on you will figure out the reference to panic attacks.

11/30/22
The shoreline was calm. The sky blue color almost looked metallic against the water. One small quiver could destroy the tranquil perfect picture painted in my mind.
A child stumbles upon the still shore. He picks up a rock and examines it before throwing it into the water. The water shakes.
The child picks up another rock, this time bigger, and gives it a throw.  The lake seems almost panicked.
More rocks are haphazardly thrown into the lake.
Soon the lake seems overwhelmed by the amount of sudden disrupt.
The lake now seems like it has no other choice than to overflow. Water pours from the lake onto its once peaceful shore. Destroying all of the little footprints and sand castles once made on the beach.
Only skill and time can settle the dismay of the lake. Seems as though you are up for the challenge.
                                       Good luck

I hope you enjoyed this part! Now the actual message I'm trying to get across. * Envision the lake as a person, the rocks as sudden stress and anxiety and read this story again*
I hope that this makes Sense to all of you.
Have a great day!
