Itadori Yuji was taken to the Tokyo Jujutsu Tech School by Gojo Satoru, where he was to learn Jujutsu while consuming Sukuna's fingers. He joins Megumi Fushiguro's class as the 3rd 1st year alongside Nobara Kugisaki.
After the incident with the Special Grade Curse, Gojo gave special training to Itadori while requesting his 2nd year students to train the 1st years. He also mentions about someone else coming to join them. A particular student. Hearing this, the 2nd years were ecstatic.
