It took Vusumuzi 30 minutes tops to get to Mount Edgecombe , his house. He drove in after the gate had been opened for him. He got off the car and walked to the house. He was greeted by Ntombi

Manto : "Muzi." He finally snapped out of it and picked up the boy and sat with him on his lap.

Vusumuzi : "How did Melamina take the news?"
Manto : "Bad , she doesn't wanna hear me out. She's angry and can't even stand being in the same room as me."
Vusumuzi : "Give her time , she's hurt by all this. Where is she?"
Manto : "She went to meet her boyfriend's parents and i think she'll sleep over there."
Vusumuzi : "Okay."
Manto : "Her perfume smells nice on you." She said cheekily , red with jealousy.
Vusumuzi : "Oh , I'll go take a shower and uhm yeah." He stood up fast and went to the main bedroom.
They were now in bed cuddling after Vusumuzi burned the clothes he arrived wearing after his shower.
Manto : "I missed you so much Zikalala wami." She said in a smooth low voice with her hand on his chest , rubbing it softly up and down.
Vusumuzi : "Manto." He whispered in a breathy strained voice.
Manto : "Mh." She kissed him on the lips softly and sucked on his bottom lip.
Vusumuzi : "We can't baby."
Manto : "What why?"
Vusumuzi : "I already feel like a jerk , i slept with the nurse that was helping me."
Manto : "That's why you were smelling of a woman's perfume?"
Vusumuzi : "Yes. She's the one that helped with a place to crash in until I came back home."
Manto : "So you've been sleeping with her since then?!"
Vusumuzi : "No , it was only today and i promise you that never will it ever happen again."
Manto : "Did you use protection?"
Vusumuzi : "Errr no , I'm sorry my wife." She just turned around and covered herself with the blanket.
