Am I ready?

Third Trimester

Izuku is now in his third trimester, twelve weeks and five days, to be exact. Izuku is now on maternity leave and is bedridden per Katsuki's orders. The omegas instincts were taking over more and more every day. For example, Izuku stopped eating as much and spent all of his time in his nest. It scared Katsuki, but he knew it was natural for fated omegas at the end of pregnancy. 

The omega had their room fully scented and stayed in his nest as much as possible. He would even wait until the last second to go to the bathroom and relieve himself. And no matter how much Katsuki begged, he refused to eat. 

You see, fated omegas and alphas have more animalistic traits than their non-fated counterparts. Such as, when animals are getting ready to give birth, they stop eating and stay in their nesting area, and even their temperature can drop. All these symptoms are also signs that fated omegas get when getting ready for birth. Katsuki knew about all the symptoms and signs, he also knew Izuku wanted a home birth, but that didn't change the fact that Katsuki was scared for his omega. He had stopped eating and was getting weaker as his due date grew closer and closer. 

"Izu, please, for our pups' sake, just take a bite. One bite, that's all I'm asking; one bite, and I'll leave you alone." The alpha told his mate as he waved a pancake in front of his face.

"Grrrrrr~" The omega growled at his alpha, not wanting to eat anything.

"Please, baby, you're getting weaker, I-I know that it's normal, but please, for my sanity, take a bite." The alpha begged his mate.

"No-!"

"Ugh, fine, but I'm gonna try again in an hour."

"Fine, alpha." The omega responded to his mate as he lay in his nest, smelling all the scents in the blankets and pillows.

Kat POV:

'Ugh, I know it's normal in the third trimester for fated omegas to stop eating, but it's scaring me to see him get thinner. He won't even let anyone touch him, I tried to give him a massage once when he was sore, but he bit me. When he realized he had bitten me, he cried but wouldn't even let me comfort him. I just hate being useless, and I wanted to help him. Our parents stopped by but didn't get to see Izu. My dad gave me all my baby clothes, and Inko dropped off Izu's baby clothes along with some more feminine clothes and stuff. 

Mina even stopped by to say hi and see how I was doing and check on Izu. She even told me that she and Sero are moving to the U.S. for Sero's job. Which is what they were both fighting about at the dinner party. She didn't want to move, but he didn't want to leave her or his job. Min told me that he proposed the same night she found out she was pregnant, so for the sake of their family, she decided to move with him. I was happy for her, I mean, she's my best friend, but to think she'll be moving to the states makes me sad. I really am happy for her, she's even expecting, but I'm going to miss her.

Right now, I'm cleaning the kitchen because it's not gonna clean itself. As I was washing the dishes, Izu came down wrapped in a thick blanket and one of my sweaters. At the moment, I have little to no clothes because Izu took all of them, so I'm just wearing a wifebeater (that's what they're called! lol) and boxers. 

"Alpha..."

"Yes, my sweet?"

"Do you still have that pancake?" He asked me with a soft voice and puppy eyes.

"Yes, I do. Why?" I asked, even though I already know why he's asking.

"Cause n-now I want it..." I chuckled at his response and spoke back.

"Well, if you want it, it's on the stove. Let me know if you want more food, okay?"

"Kay~" He spoke so softly that I almost didn't hear him.
