Nagmartsa ako papunta sa direksyon niya binibigyan siya ng masamang titig habang siya naman ay nakangisi parin. When I reached his destination I quickly punched his chest. Gulat ang rumehistro sa mukha nito ngunit nakuha niya parin ang tumawa at umiling iling.

"Sagutin mo ako, anong ginagawa mo rito? At pwede ba wag mo akong bigyan ng ngisi naiirita ako." iritadong anas ko na mas lalo lang na kinalawak ng ngisi niya. He really love making fun of me. Tiniklop nito ang libro at ibinalik sa hanayan ng mga libro.

"Is that how you welcome your future husband?" he asked maliciously. My eyes turned into slit.

"We're not even lovers yet, idiot."

"Hmmm... I see... yet." tumango tango ito na tila kumbinsadong kumbinsado.

"Tangina naman Venzon! Bakit ba ang hilig mong sumulpot sa ganitong klaseng sitwasyon! Can't you see I am in a-"

Nahinto ako sa pagdadaldal nang mabilis nitong tinapon ang isang maliit na purse sa direksyon ko na mabilis ko ding nasalo.

"You owe me later, Zannie grumpy." he turned his back at me waving his hand. Binuksan ko ang purse at bahagyang natulala nang makita ang nasa loob nito. Napangiti ako ng malawak.

"Venzon!" I called him before he made his way to leave the place. He stopped in his track but he didn't bother to face me. "Later, wait for me at the coffee shop nearby."

"I'll wait you outside your condo instead."

"How did you know my condo unit?"

"I have my ways, honey."

"Are you stalking me?" I gasped for air couldn't believe what he just said. He has been stalking me, yet I didn't even notice it? Paanong hindi ko maramdaman na may laging nagmamanman sa'kin?

"Ja mate ne, Zanny grumpy." he bade goodbye before he skedaddled. I was left in awe. Did he just speak nihongo? Napakurap ako ng ilang beses bago rumehistro sa utak ko ang lahat.

Now that I have these diamonds and God knows I don't even have any idea where Venzon got this and why did he know about this mission? Did the superior tell it to him? But no, superior wants me to protect him not in other way around. Did he eavesdrop? Why do risked his life just to give me this? Realization hit me. He was there when I and the superior debate about this matter.

Natampal ko ang noo ko. Such a brat!

I can manage to steal these diamonds without his help. Anyway still thanks for him, he just make it easy for me. But, I still need to confront him regarding this matter. His sudden move is too risky. Damn him!

"I got the diamonds." I announced through earpiece. I heard them sighed in relief.

"Now leave the place and let Zion do the other job, be safe." rinig kong utos ni Dyne na kanina pa tahimik at ngayon lang nagsalita. Napangiti ako ng wala sa oras.

"How's Zion?" I asked putting the purse inside my pocket. I roamed my eyes around the area thinking if is it bad if I stay here for two hours and read a book? This is literally heaven. I wonder how much money did Mcmier's spend for this huge library. It feels like I am in a Harvard library-well almost.

"Probably dealing with Mcmier." Geo responded.

For once, I take a quick glance at the library before I headed to the small door. Siniksik kong muli ang sarili sa pinto upang magkasya. I opened the flashlight on my phone again looking straight at the passageway. Diretso lang ang daan kaya hindi ako nahirapan hanapin ang pinakadulo nito.

"How to get out of here, gentlemen?" I looked for something that might be the key to get out here but I found none. Sinubukan ko ring hanapin kung may nakausling brickstone ngunit wala akong makita ni isa.
