im in my bed crying right now, my boyfriend of 2 years was cheating on me.
i pick up my phone to call my best friend dudey
"hey wsp kai you good?" he says threw the other line
"uh yea i jst- jaydin was cheating on me and i-"
"okay im on my way right now"
"but-"
before i could say anything else he hung up
like 6 minutes later i hear a knock on the door, before he says anything he just hugs me while i grip onto him the moment he wraps around me
"hey kai im sorry about that asshole, i tried to tell you he wasnt right for you."
i nod "i know i shouldve listened to you."
"here go take off your clothes"
i look at him confused
"uh what-"
"just do it" he says while running upstairs, hearing him grab some things from the cabinet
i change out of my clothes and put on my robe
i walk into the bathroom to see the lights off eith candles lit and rose petals everywhere and the bath with bubbles in it.
my mouth is dropped open
"aww thank you dudey you aint have to do this for me" i hug him and give him a kiss on the cheek
he blushes
"okay ima leave you alone and let you do your thing, ima be downstairs if you need anything alright?"
"mhm" i nod while closing the door
its been like 20 minutes and i start to wash myself and my hair
i change into some comfy clothes and slip on some fuzzy socks
i walk downstairs to see dudey laying on the couch watching tv looking impatient waitinf for me to come out
"finally kai i been waiting for ever down here, not that you shouldnt be able to take your time because your, your own person so-"
i cover his mouth with my finger
"okayyy its fine"
"look i just wanted you to know that im here for you and what jaydin did was so dumb of him, he lost the best thing he ever had and i know this is probably not the best time to to tell you but, i really do got feelings for you kai, i hope this dont ruin our friendship and everything yk?"
i just stare at him for to long not even relizing it
"shit. i just ruined everything didnt i? im so sorry i should probably go-" he says getting off the couch
i kiss him.
i slowly pull away opening my eyes, him doing the same
"shit i probably shouldnt be doing this either, me and jaydin just broke up and-"
"your right i probably shouldve stopped you" he says looking down
"dudey- i really do like you trust me but i just dont want to move on to fast, maybe soon tho" i say
"no no no i dont wanna rush you, but i just want you to know that ill be waiting here for you."
