ARIE LA'BRAEE

i was shackin in my bootssssss

today was the day that im meets dee's parents

i was so nervous what if his mama dont like me

after i drive to his house i ring the doorbell patiently waiting for someone to answer

the door opens and i see his mom.

my stomach turns

oh god.

"ohh hello! you must be arie right?" she says smiling, moving to let me in the house

"yea i am" i say smiling back giving her a hug

"well its lovely to finally meet you, your all dee talks about!"

i just smile at her, i had no idea what to do

"okay!, well im janet" she says walking back to the kitchen to finish cooking

i walk over to the island and set my bags down

"do you need any help?" i say walking over to where she was by the stove

"you know what that would be amazing!" she grabs ingredients for a salad and asks me to make it

i finish making it and i see dee walk downstairs

he comes behind where i am and wraps his arms around me, giving me a kiss

i see his mom looking at us in awe

(not in front of my mother in law please🥲)

"the foods done!" his mother yells as i see his dad and brother walk down the stairs

his dad comes and gives me a hug and goes to sit down

his little brother comes running to me giving me a big hug, i hug back ofcourse

we all sit down at the table

we say our prayers as we start to eat

"so arie, whats it like being with my son, i know his a lot to handle!" his dad says laughing looking over at me

"well its great, i love him very much." i say looking over at dee

both his parents look at us smiling

we all get done eating and eventually its time for me to go,

"arie! it was so good having you here i hope you can come back very soon!" she says giving me a hug leaving

dee comes up and wraps his arms around my waist kissing me

i kiss back putting my arms around his neck

we pull back from the kiss

"i think my mom likes you more than she likes me" he says laughing

i laugh a little too "okay well i think i should get goin," i say letting go

i get home as i get a text from dees mom
