Backstory: Hiro Shizuki was just an ordinary boy who took good grades in highschool. He had a nice future ahead of him until the Metropolis Incident happened. As Superman was slowly becoming a dictator, Hiro lost his family. Suddenly he is visited by Ryu Terui, who chose him to become the next Kamen Rider Accel. He accepted the offer and promised to shake the entire regime off their position.
