This is a pretty common mistake which many people do/commit,
Which is; using the past form with did...
See, the word "Did" Is already in it's past form and it's a grammatical rule to use the first form of verb with "Did"
So please keep this in mind (while writing or proof reading your work) that with "Did" The first form of verb will go always.
Random Example: "Did you eat?"
"Did you sleep?"
"Did you go?"
"Did you do that?"
