It's a good day today, she said with hope,
not dragged behind by a chain like rope.
You have two people who love you most,
less sad thoughts for your head to host.
You're still sad the you feel apart,
but you're not alone, you know in your heart.
It'll be hard, as hard as can be,
but it'll be okay, don't worry, you'll see.
