Fear overwhelms me, but sometimes I beat it,
mostly on the days I don't just sit.
Those days are the days I stew in my thoughts,
I've lost my car in the infinite lots.
I parked it there, so sure that I knew,
that being there wasn't just convenient to do.
But when I can't find it at all,
in a black pit do I fall.
On the days that I'm busy and sure I'm in the right lot,
I feel like I've picked the most perfect spot.
Then, there are days with no feelings in tow,
and I'm almost positive I'm in the right row.
I'm so close, I can see it now,
then, the fear creeps back in and takes a bow.
I'm here now, you see,
my fear says to me,
you're not as happy as you seem to be.
