"Oh, yes. Since I was a little girl when he was my father's attendant. As an aid to the king and son of the Holy Knights Grandmaster, he was always at the palace. So, I kinda grew up with him." Elizabeth explains as you click your tongue and rock back and fourth until you stand up back up on your feet
You feel a hand on your shoulder and then a foot swipe under your feet making you fall flat on the ground on your back. A grunt escapes your lips as the pink haired man grins at you. Once you open your eyes again and look at him he instantly looks away with blush creeping on his face.
"The son of the Grand Master, huh? Hey, wait a minute. Are you Little Gil?" Meliodas questions with a wide smile
"What? You know him too?" Elizabeth questions
"Sure, I even gave him lessons occasionally when I find myself at the royal palace! Wow, you've really grown up! Then again. It has been ten years since I've seen you." Meliodas recalls
"If you have the time to prattle along this matter, it might be better spent trying to escape those bonds." Gilthunder grumbles
"Hey, this lightening's familiar." Hawk says
"I know what you mean. When a certain someone blocked up Vanya's water supply and then trued to blow the village away, that was you, wasn't it?" Meliodas concludes
"Sir Meliodas, that can't be! You're wrong! Gilthunder wouldn't...No." Elizabeth stops herself seeing Gilthunder's cold expression
"These can't hold me." Diane tries to escape but to no avail
"That's useless." He mumbles as his eyes meet yours who was still currently on the floor beside him.
"Hey, Cotton Candy." You greet with a smirk as you catch him staring he shakes his head and looks away from you.
"Diane, just save it. Don't bother." Meliodas stops Diane
"Captain." Diane struggles. You feel yourself get picked up and thrown over Gilthunder's shoulder
"What the...the hell are you doing!?" You yell as Gilthunder ignores you putting a sword to Meliodas's shoulder
"Do you know why the Holy Knights are after the heads of the Seven Deadly Sins?" Gilthunder questions
"Not really." Meliodas answers honestly
"Half of them are seeking revenge and total eradication of the rebel order that plotted to overthrow the kingdom. The other half want to do glorious battle and vanquish the legendary warriors to prove their own strength." Gilthunder explains
"And which half are you in?" Meliodas questions
"Both of them. No, I want more." Gilthunder mumbles darkly
"Is that so?" Meliodas almost challenges
"Yes. To avenge the death of my father, Zaratras, Holy Knights' Grand Master. And to show that I am even greater than he, the most powerful Holy Knight ever known. Killing you will prove that." Gilthunder exclaims setting you down gently. You furrow your brows confused but ignore the action as you see him still holding the sword towards Meliodas
