Hendrickson attempts to attack Gowther but Gowther just carried on dodging him, seem to be teasing Hendrickson. Ban jumped in the way of the two with a smile on his face as he put his hand on his hip
"Yo! Hey Hendy, would you mind telling me where you found that thing?" Ban questions pointing to the wall he was bashed in. You furrow your brows
"What's that?" Hendrickson questions
"Come on, you heard me. I said I wanna know where you got the damn thing, so you better spit it out already!" Ban yells as he constantly smacks Hendrickson with his nunchucks until Hendrickson gets thrown into the wall. The wall completely falls revealing something very disturbing. Your eyes widen at the sight as Ban jumps next to you but you take no notice as you stare at what's behind the wall. Preston jumps beside Hendrickson with a smile.
"What the?" King gasps as well as Diane
"Hm, this creature here is the source of it all." Hendrickson chuckles
"Look at that monster's corpse." King murmurs
"So red and flabby. It gives me the creeps!" Diane comments
"Impossible. Is that what I think it is?" King questions
"Yeah. A Demon." Meliodas confirms
"So, they really existed, then?" King questions
"The magical power emanating from that corpse matches what I sensed from Dale and the New Generation. It appears to be the root of this evil." Gowther explains
"Twenty years ago, when these remains were first discovered deep in the Fairy King's Forest, this journey began. All that I have accomplished has been made possible by this Red Demon. Both the Old Generation and New. The experiments that gave us those compatible with Demon Blood. The partial deciphering of the Dark Magic system. And now this...At last! I myself willed the power of the Red Demon!" Hendrickson yells out as purple like tentacles come out of his arms stabbing straight through Ban. The others manage to dodge and fight back.
Preston jumps to you as you were distracted picking you up bridal style making you yelp from the unexpected action. You get brought back to where Hendrickson is standing and as you flee from his arms and fall to the ground. Hendrickson steps on the centre of your back with immediate force making you spew up a bit of blood. As much as Preston doesn't like to see it, he's letting it slide for now as he also wants the Seven Deadly Sins dead,
"Ban!" Diane yells
"Y/n!" Ban yells
"Ouch." You grunt
"If the Red Demon's power is your only ace in the hole, your best bet is to fold and walk away from the table. 'Cause I'm the one who killed that fat freak!" Ban yells out slamming his hand down on Hendrickson's arm. In seconds Ban had smashed Preston down as well making them both fall into some cave. Before you could fall. Ban catches you bridal style as you have your eyes close and you cling onto him unaware of what's happening with all the dust.
"Ban. Ban, you really killed that thing 20 years ago?" King questions as Ban turns around and looks down at you with a loving smile not wanting to speak else he knows you'll get out of his arms. Ban used one hand to cut off the Red Demons head
