"Eh?! Housewarden!!" Ace almost jumps out of his seat.

"Hey, Riddle!~ You're looking quite dashing today.~" Cater was trying to calm Riddle down with compliments. He only received a glare from the dorm leader with his arms crossed. "Hmph. Cater, keep running that mouth and you'll lose it- Along with the rest of your head." Cater sweatdrops. "Sorry, sorry! My bad!"

"Myah?! You're the guy who put that stupid collar on me at the orientation ceremony!" Grim shouted while pointing his paw towards him. Riddle eyed the loud cat. "And you're the freshman who were nearly expelled yesterday. I'll ask that you not refer to my unique magic as a "stupid collar." The headmage's habit of tolerating rule breakers like you is going to send this entire campus spiraling into chaos one day. Those who break the rules should have their heads removed immediately, without exception."

'Okay, that's a bit much...' She thought as she took a small bite of her sandwich.

"Dude, seriously? This guy looks like a wimp, but talks like a monster!" Ace muttered to himself."

"The headmaster appears to have forgiven you but make no mistake, the next time it happens, I will not." Riddle states.

Ace scratched the back of his head. "Uh... By the way, dorm leader, is there any way... you could say, remove this collar?"

"I was going to if you had learned your lesson but..." He paused. "The way you were just talking shows that you haven't at all. Keep it on for a while longer. Don't worry, in the first years you'll only be learning fundamentals, not actually using magic. You also won't be able to cause like yesterday, isn't that great?" Riddle explained.

"Now don't just sit around chatting away. Finish lunch and head to your next class. Laws of the Queen of Hearts, No. 271: "One should eat lunch and leave their seat within 15 minutes." If you break the rules... I'm sure you understand?"

"Hah, another weird rule..." Ace sighed.

Riddle scowled. "The answer is, 'Yes dorm leader'!" He shouted with authority.

"Yes, dorm leader!" Everyone of the Heartslabul residents shouted. "Very good." He nodded.

"I'll look after them for you." Trey said to Riddle with a smile. "You're the vice dorm leader so I expect you to not act foolishly." Riddle replied to Trey. His eyes were drawn towards the girl sipping tea. "You may not be a part of this dorm, but I expect the same for you as well. Your 'help' at the ceremony still does not excuse the damages you cost. If anything like that happens again I will make sure you will be held accountable." He stated his eyes narrowed.

She kept calm but her shaking hand under the table said otherwise. As much as she wanted to explain he was really intimidating for someone shorter than her and one wrong move could easily give Grace the exact same treatment as Ace. "O-of course, Housewarden Riddle. I promise it won't happen again and I always keep my promises."

"... Good. Now if you will excuse me, I must go buy sugar cubes from the school store, so I'll be on my way." Riddle excused himself and once he did so he took another glance at the girl.

'What is wrong with me?' He shook his head clenched his chest trying to stop his racing heartbeat and his thoughts. "Letting the sugar cubes run out is a huge offense, I can't believe..." He muttered angrily as he left.

Grace was about to take another sip of tea until she felt a sting from her head. She sat the cup down rubbing the bridge of her nose to soothe her sudden aching head.
