Y/n POV
When I walked into the house I was NOT expecting to get grabbed and stared down by Illumi. His face was always blank and unwavering, but now, something felt different. It felt like there was a subtle rage surrounding him. One that, if it were to grow, would make me sick to my stomach.
Well, maybe that part is just the pregnancy talking.
"You will keep the baby," he demanded as my eyes widened in shock.
How the hell did he- wait a minute.
"You followed me!?"
Now it's my turn to be upset. "Illumi what the hell is wong with you!?!?!" (a lot. a lot is wrong w him.)
The 'subtle' rage from before felt as if it was engulfing me at this point but Illumi's face remained still as ever. Wide eyed and devoid of emotion.
"You've been going around being all secretive and what not, why wouldn't I follow you? And just for me to find out you're going out with Chrollo and hiding things like this from me."
My eye twitched. "Wait a minute, do you think that I-"
"No," he said before I could finish. "The child is far too powerful to be Chrollo's, I have no doubt it's my baby."
Oh wow. The child is 'too powerful' not 'you're not that type of person' smh.
I wiggled my way out of his grip, which was firm but not very tight. I made my way around him fully intending to just walk upstairs and ignore him before stopping in my tracks at his next words.
"From now on you will be on 24 hour surveillance under either I, another member of the family, or one of the butlers."
"WHAT!?"
Before I could start spewing profanities at the man before me, someone else entered the room.
Just my luck.
"My, what's with all the bickering down here," Kikyo spoke, shooting me a not-so-subtle dirty look(well.. with the visor on).
"Y/n's pregnant."
Kikyos eyes widened as I was just about to boil over in anger.
"ILLUMI IM GOING TO WRING YOUR NECK LIKE ITS THE FUCKING SIMPSONs-"
I could feel Kikyo's disgust despite her trying to conceal it. She's not very good at that...
"Oh my..." she begins. "Well she will just have to be on watch then. Just to make sure the baby will be safe."
"My thoughts exactly," Illumi added.
Now I want to abort it out of spite.
As I stand here, I can really start to see how these two are related. Not to mention they're both VERY delusional.
"I'll go up and tell your father," and with that, Kikyo returned to where she came from (which you would think was hell).
This is exactly what I DIDN'T WANT. Now this entire insane family is going to be so far up my ass for the next nine months. I narrowed my eyes at Illumi who hasn't moved from his spot this entire time.
"I really hate you sometimes, you know that?"
And with those words I continued up the stairs and went to find D/n.
Since the entire family will know in the next 3 minutes I might as well let D/n know on my own accord.
