"Seriously dude that's bullshit" Alex scoffs as he rolls his eyes, slamming his hand on the table in annoyance.

Lexi nods her head and tried to ignore the continuous small glances that Zach had been giving her while they sat at the small lunch table outside of school

"He got suspended for three days that shit goes on his record" Alexandra said with a sigh, he was a good kid with a perfect record. Something like this could cause serious problems for Clay in the future.

"Yeah I don't really care. At least we shut him up" Marcus says to Alex and rolls his eyes, making it clear that Clay was just an obstruction and now he was out of their way for a while

Alexandra scoffed and quickly turned her head to look, "Well you should care Marcus. He's a good kid, he loved Hannah and he's hurt" Alexandra says while glaring at Marcus, the boy who should have been spending his high school years looking after the students but had somehow ended up on Hannah Bakers suicide tapes and was now hiding weed in Clay Jensens bag

"We kept him out of school for three days. I don't think that we shut him up" Zach says in a harsh tone as he stares at Alexandra waiting for her to say something to him but she didn't. She had been ignoring him since that night on the rock cliff and he didn't know how to feel about it. He didn't care if she yelled at him or gave him one of her annoyed tones, all he wanted was for her to talk to him. But there was nothing, she had barely even glanced at him.

"Okay you guys wanna take him on another ride. Cause that worked so well. But maybe don't bring miss PTSD on it with you next time" Marcus says angrily, finally snapping at the girl. He had had more than enough of her attitude.

Lexi just laughed sarcastically as she rolled her eyes at him. Zach on the other hand thought back to that night and the life terror that was rushing through the girl, he never wanted to see her like that again. He quickly became defensive

"Shut up Marcus" Zach growls and leans away from the table, swinging on his chair as he sends a death glare in the direction of Marcus

"His credibility is shot" Courtney says to the group "no one is going to believe anything he
Says. Lexi didn't know if it was because she was in a mood, or because she really didn't like Courtney, but just the mere sound of her voice was enough to send Lexi over the edge

"Why is she even here" Alexandra asks angrily, referring to Courtney who has contributed nothing helpful whatsoever to the entire conversation

"Why are you?" Courtney asks, arguing back with a head tilt

"Oh fuck off Courtney, you're so-"

"Come on guys we need to figure this out alright" Marcus says to the two girls who were both sending death glares to each other and the tension around the table had increased by at least eighty percent

"What happens when he plays them the tapes. Or until tony does," Zach says angrily, allowing his eyes to dart around the table, waiting for someone to actually come up with something good. Marcus had just gone and done this without telling any of them about it and most of them were sure that it was only going to make the situation even more worse than it already was.

Lexi frowns but then a smile makes its way into her face when she notices Ryan making his way over to their table with a lunch tray in his hands

Lexi didn't like what the boy had done but she did like the boy. Most of the time he was sweet and he just wanted to stand up for what he believed in. He made bad choices but so does everyone else right? His mistake was small and there weren't actually any bad intentions behind it.

Hannah's poem was beautiful, but a bunch of high school students were definitely not the right kind of an audience for a poem like that.

"Yeah what happened there?" Marcus asks and Alexandra and Ryan exchange smiles as he sits down at the table with them
