(Yes actually this note is going to explain everything, first things first you are basically immortal in the elden ring world you can die but it works like a save point but you'll drop your runs and has a 1 day penalty and goes back to your last site of grace, but in your isekai world you're immortal to but if you die you'll lose the save file and reincarnate to a different world, this isn't some normal ISEKAI system you will die a LOT so have fun dying maidenless
