DESCRIPTION : aelia nightshade's life is just a carousel spinning around after her sister willingly lets herself die.
EXTENDED : aelia felt like a carousel long before her sister had died. she's lived for over two millennia, after all, life is boring. well, she's found ways to make her world fun — she used to be a warrior for a living, and ares had found a liking to her so he'd made her immortal. now, though? she's only living because her sister's alive, and because the mortal world is ever changing, and she finds it amusing. even though she only sees her sister once a year, aelia loves her more than she's ever loved anything. zoë should come by more, though, and aelia tells her this when she comes over for her annual visit, right before the winter solstice. she's there because she needs help, and aelia's soft, so she helps her sister and her companions to lead them to their deaths. and then zoë actually did die, and aelia feels more like a carousel, endlessly spinning around, than ever.

— i have TRIED for SO LONG to write this plot and i literally don't have the motivation to write this so that's why this is here
— though aelia is actually such a cute cinnamon roll i actually adore her i can't believe i don't have the inspo to write her
— aelia's the golden child of the hesperides but then zoë got kicked out so she got herself kicked out and she kinda grew up and like idk fought wars and that's when ares found a liking to her and made her immortal so yeah. aelia's a warrior; she's fought in every major war until like after world war ii or somewhere around there and she's basically a pacifist and she turns into a sunshiny kinda girl and she's just vibing w her life
— but yeah aelia IS the optimistic sunshine girl but she has this secret side to her that's like really vicious and unforgiving and violent because bro she's lived for over two millennia she's pretty good at fighting stuff
— i did inspire her off of adrian raines from the game choices yes
— the story starts by zoë and thalia and percy going to aelia's house because the chases couldn't give them a ride to mount tam or whatever so they talk and aelia brings them to mount tam to save annabeth and artemis
— and then she's like kinda in the battle of the labyrinth but not really and then she's in the last olympian fighting with the demigods in the war bc annabeth or thalia convinced her to or smth
— aelia could be in hoo majorly she could be in minorly idk
— the thing is is that she could work well with a lot of people for her love interests
— i debated putting her w reyna??? they could meet before son of neptune and get closer and then separate maybe or stay together or smth idk
— thalia could also be fun aelia could be like an honorary member of the hunters and they could get real fuckin close or smth
— naturally i put her w percabeth because i love percabeth
— like annabeth visits aelia throughout her school year in california before and after the battle of the labyrinth and they become close and then aelia fights with her and percy during the last olympian and aelia and percy get close and ugh they'd be so fun
— but aelia also doesn't need a love interest either it's entirely up to you
— aelia acts completely different after zoë's death though like she's absolutely destroyed so she just needs to like find herself after her death and like yeah idk
