This cover, like the book, is rife with symbolism. As a reader who had only recently begun reading her book, my hunger to know and understand the afterlife was satisfied, and what better to represent its power than a tree? The tree of life. The tree of knowledge. The tree of death that stands between two lovers. I urged every one of you who loves a good book that doesn't shy away from its knowledge to read it!
