3x5 - The Reckoning

The Salvatore sister sat on the sofa and read something. It was the next day and dark outside. She was really tired and was about to go to sleep until her phone beeped

Elena
Come to school

She furrowed her eyebrows and wondered why she was needed at their school. She only knew about the school because Damon told her about it

But she used her vampire speed and rushed over to the school. When she walked into the gym room, she saw Elena standing there next to a guy and Stefan who just killed two students

"What is going on?" Ivy wondered. Stefan's eyes widen at the sight of her. "Ivy, you have to leave. Now." He demanded

The guy rushed over to Ivy and gripped her arm. "And who may you be, love?" He asked

"Ivy Salvatore." She replied, frightened of him. His eyebrows furrowed. "Salvatore?," his eyes switched to Stefan, "she is your sister?'

Stefan nodded. "Let her go, Klaus."

Ivy looked at him, fear in her eyes. "You're Klaus Mikaelson." He was still holding her arm. "The one and only."

A blonde girl walked in. It was Rebekah. "Where's my necklace?" Rebekah asked

"What are you taking about?" Klaus asked. "Elena has my necklace. Look." Rebekah showed her brother Klaus a picture of Elena wearing a necklace

While Klaus looked at the picture, Rebekah looked at her best friend. She immediately recognised Ivy and smiled. But then she noticed that Klaus was holding her arm

"Let her go, Nik." Rebekah demanded. "Why should I?" Klaus asked. "She's my friend. Let her go." Rebekah defended

Klaus groaned annoyed. "Fine," he looked at Ivy. "Don't do something you will regret, love."

Klaus let her go and Rebekah hugged her. "More lies." Klaus said towards Stefan, talking about the necklace

After Rebekah and Ivy pulled away from eachother, Rebekah looked at Elena. "Where is it?"

"I don't have it anymore." Elena replied. Rebekah's voice raised. "You're lying." She said and bit Elena's neck

"Make her tell me where it is, Nik!" Rebekah demanded. While Klaus kneeled down to talk to Elena, Stefan walked over to his sister

"Are you okay?" He whispered. She nodded, smiling at him

"If we had the necklace it'd make things easier for your witch. Since we're doing this the hard way let's put a clock on it, shall we?" Klaus told, putting a clock on twenty minutes

"Twenty minutes. If Bonnie hasn't found a solution by then I want you to feed again. Only this time I want you to feed on Elena." Klaus said towards Stefan

"Klaus. Don't to this to him." Elena begged. "No one leaves." Klaus said. Before he left he looked at Ivy. "You're coming with me."

Rebekah glared at Klaus. "Don't you dare hurting her."

Klaus and Ivy stood in the hallways, alone. "What do you want from me?" The brunette asked. He chuckled. "I just want to ask you a question. How come I've never heard of you? You're the Salvatore sister after all."

She looked at him, a frightened look in her eyes. "I don't know. Maybe my brothers tried protecting me from you."

"Oh, how unfortunate that I met you anyway, hm? Seems like your brothers failed at protecting you." Klaus told

"Are you going to kill me?" She asked. He smirked. "What's the point in that, love?"

They heard someone running through the hallways. Klaus held Ivy's arm, rushing though the hallways with her. They stood in front of Elena and Klaus pulled her and Ivy into the cafeteria where Stefan stood

"Now, this is fascinating. I've never seen this before. The only thing stronger than your craving for blood is your love for this one girl. Why don't you turn it off?" Klaus said, walking towards Stefan

"No." Stefan said, fighting the urge to drink Elena's blood. Ivy would offer to turn her humanity off just so Stefan would be okay, but she knew that Klaus could use Stefan right now. And only Stefan

"Come on. Your humanity is killing you. All the guilt must be exhausting. Turn it off." Klaus told

"No."

"Stefan." Elena spoke. Ivy stood next to Elena, praying for Stefan to not turn his humanity off. She just got him back

"You're strong, but you're not that strong. Turn it off." Klaus demanded

"No." Stefan yelled, pushing Klaus. Obviously, Klaus didn't like that. He pushed Stefan against a wall and yelled. "Turn it off!"

Stefan stood there, looking paralysed. "What is happening to him?" Ivy asked, worried about her brother

"I fixed him." Klaus responded, walking towards Elena and Ivy. He took Elena's arm. "Ripper. Perhaps you'd like a drink from the doppelgänger's neck."

Stefan walked towards Elena with his vampire face. Elena screamed and before Ivy could save her, Klaus pulled her away. "You and me will go somewhere else."

They walked through the hallways. "Why would you do that? I just got him back and now I won't even be able to have a normal conversation with him because he acts like a monster again." Ivy whispered

"Sometimes you just gotta do things, love. No matter what the consequences are." He responded

They entered a room where Rebekah, Caroline and Tyler were. "The Original Witch says the doppelgänger should be dead."

Klaus let Ivy's arm go and she stood next to Rebekah. "Does that mean we can kill her?" Rebekah asked, pointing at Caroline

"No, it means the opposite. Call it a hunch. Elena's blood. Drink it." Klaus demanded to a guy. That must be Tyler

"No. No, no, no, Tyler, don't." Caroline warned. "If he won't drink he'll die anyway, love. Consider this as an experience

Tyler drank the blood and fell to the ground, groaning in pain. Klaus smiled, Rebekah was holding Caroline back and Ivy looked traumatised

Tyler's eyes turned yellow and he had vampire fangs. "Well, that's a good sign." Klaus spoke

The Damon, Ivy and Elena sat in the Salvatore mansion. Damon sat next to Elena on the sofa, holding her hand and Ivy sat on the chair in front of them. Elena explained everything that happened

"I promise I will never leave you again." Damon told, looking into Elena's eyes

"I'm okay too. Thanks for asking." Ivy mumbled so quiet that they didn't hear her

"Well, isn't this cozy." Stefan interrupted, crossing his arms. "What are you doing here, brother?" Damon wondered

"Last I checked I live here." He said and looked at Ivy

"Sucks being the third wheel, doesn't it, sister?"

Ivy stood up and walked into her room. She just couldn't deal with Stefan right now. Not when he's the way he is
