"Okay," Beomgyu said as he resumed the operation. After an hour, we finished the operation successfully without any more complications, which made me feel so relieved since the patient seemed to be in horrible shape. I thought he would have gone into cardiac arrest while operating on him. But he didn't
Since there was no room in the ICU, so we had to put the patient back in the hybrid room section in the emergency room.
"Good work," Beomgyu said as he and I were walking to the staff room.

We walked past the main entrance, where the two men were still sitting on the benches. I rolled my eyes and continued to walk to the staff room. "I seriously don't know what logic they use thinking that they can move a patient who is dying as they want."
"Who?" Beomgyu asked, tilted his head
"Those men who were looking for the patient," I said, suddenly my phone rang. I picked it up, and it was Doctor Nam.
"Yes, Doctor Nam," I said, and Beomgyu looked at me with curiosity
"Doctor Min, the patient is still not looking good," Doctor Nam noted, it's been like an hour since we finished the operation, and the patient is still not in a good shape

"Vitals?" I asked.
"Blood pressure is eighty over forty, hundred-thirty for the heartbeat," I heard Miss Jeon say over the phone. I started walking back to the emergency room with Beomgyu following me. He had his ear near my phone this time, trying to listen to the conversation as we walked.
"What was the highest dosage of norepinephrine?" Beomgyu asked
"Twenty CC," Doctor Nam said
"Double the dosage," Beomgyu said, and we entered the Emergency room and went where Doctor Nam and Miss Jeon were in the hybrid room.
"What about urine?" I asked, hanging up the phone. Miss Jeon checked the urine bag.
"There is nothing," Miss Jeon said
"Recheck his OP Lap," I said
"Do we have the ABGA test result?" Doctor Nam asked the nurse. the nurse nodded and handed the paper to Doctor Nam, who showed it to Beomgyu
"The acidosis is high," Beomgyu said, looking at me
"Give him three ampules of sodium bicarbonate, not through CVC," I told Miss Jeon. "Is his guardian here?"
