Chapter 26

I was sitting on Xavier's lap while reading a newspaper I found on the table at Tyler's house, and he was reading with me above my shoulder! My sister was opposite of us putting small bandages on Tyler's chest and Enid was next to us resting her head in her hand! There was quiet in the place and no one said a thing 

Tyler:Thank doc 

He said to my sister with a smile, and my sister looked on the floor! If you told me three years ago that my sister would fall in love with a guy, I would have laughed at your face! Because it is still unbelievable, and I am happy for her, even if she won't admit it! Then Tyler's dad burst into the room and my sister immediately stood up, and we all looked at him 

Galpin:What the hell happened?

He drove us back to the school after my sister showed him the basement of the Garret's house! When we arrived at our dorm, Enid started packing her things 

Y/n:What are you doing?

Enid: Weems said to Thornhill that it will better if we let Wednesday alone for some time and I will do it with pleasure 

She said, not looking at me ! Thank god Wednesday wasn't in the room 

Y/n:Enid, are you insane? I am not leaving my sister 

Enid:Y/n your sister has got insane these past few days! You almost die because of her 

Y/n:It wasn't her fault that the monster attacked me 

Enid:It doesn't matter because it wasn't a question, it was an order 

She said handing me a backpack and I sighed while watching her leave the room, but she stopped in the entrance 

Enid:You can come to Yoko's room or go to Xavier's one! It's your choice 

She said and the closed the door and I looked on the floor before turning to my closet to take some clothes and a few of my things! After a few minutes, my sister burst into the room 

Wednesday:Going somewhere?

She asked while coming next to me 

Y/n:Weems ordered us to leave you some space! It's not my choice

I said, putting the backpack on my back and my headphones on my neck 

Wednesday:Are you seriously going to leave me? Remember what you promised to me a few years ago

She said and for the first time in years I saw tears in my sister's eyes and the last time I saw her cry 6 years ago, was when our pet died 

*Flashback*

I saw my sister in our family's graveyard and I immediately ran to her! She was sitting in our pet's grave and crying! I kneeled next to her, and she hugged me while crying on my shoulder 

Y/n:Don't worry Wen! I am still here

I said with a small smile on my face and she wiped her tears 

Wednesday:I know that you will leave me one day too, like everyone does 

Y/n:I am not going to leave you silly! You are my sister and sisters are supposed to stay together 

I said and she smiled before hugging me again 

Wednesday:Do you promise that no matter what happens, you will never leave my side?

She said, and I nodded with a smile on my face 

Y/n:I promise 

*End of Flashback*

I looked on the floor and remember how much she changed after that day! That was also the last time she hugged me and the last time she cried! But under that strong independent face, still remains the same!

Y/n:I am sorry 

I whispered before leaving the room and went to Xavier's dorm! He looked surprised when he opened the door but smirked when he saw my bag 

Y/n:It's Weems order, don't get excited I won't stay for long 

I said, entering the room and leaving my bag to the ground before putting my arms around his neck with the smile 

Xavier:Thank god because you can get pretty annoying sometimes 

Y/n: Admit that you love my company 

I said, and he laughed before he kissed me and put his hands around my waist 

Xavier:Jump

He whispered in my ear and I put my foot around his waist and hugged him while going to lie in his bed! He lied his head in the pillow and I rested mine in his chest while he had his hands protectively around me 

Xavier:I love having you here with me 

He said, whispering and hugging me tight, and I smiled when I heard him snoring peacefully! After an hour I stood up to go to the toilet and I saw a newspaper in his desk and because I couldn't sleep I took to read it! It came out a few hours ago, and it said that the mayor was dead and that the funeral will be tomorrow! Wednesday told me that the mayor found out something and someone hit him, so he wouldn't tell the truth! I looked in my backbag to find the letters I took from the Garret's house, but they were nowhere to be found 

Y/n:Great, I forgot them in my room 

I said whispering and then Xavier sat on the bed and looked at me 

Xavier:Come back to bed, I want cuddles to fall asleep again

He said, and I smiled before walking back to the bed 

Y/n: Look a whole grown up man, acting like a five-year-old 

I said, entering his hug, and he smiled 

Xavier:I just want to continue my dream 

He said, closing his eyes with a smile 

Y/n:From your smile, I suspect it is a really nice dream 

I said and he nodded

Xavier:A dream that I am wishing to come true 

Y/n:What is this dream about?

I said with a low voice and playing with his hand 

Xavier:You and me, in a huge, beautiful house with two kids!

Y/n:Can you describe it to me?

I said and he nodded with closed eyes 

Xavier:We are married, and we have two kids, Elizabeth and George! We live in a huge grey house with three floor, and we have a puppy named Quin! We have a beautiful garden with flowers of all kinds, a music room, so you can play music and an art room, so we could paint together! I also dreamed the day when we took George in his first year in Nevermore because he is two years older than Elizabeth! He was so excited and happy to come to the place where his parents met and fell in love 

He said and then fall asleep with a sweet smile on his face 

Y/n:It sounds great to me
